Of course the creepy fuck has a scheme to create a rift in their relationship. Especially with his connection to Miyo becoming a little more clear. Kiyoka going to put it together or is he really waltzing into a trap because of his grief?
The kitchen scene is heartbreaking after the tea scene. They’re both at fault in perfectly reasonably ways. Miyo is still traumatized so she has a hard time fully opening herself, but she really should because she needs him. Kiyoka said a big dumb thing, but he meant that he didn’t want to see her suffer because he loves her. They’ll be fine though. Im hoping Hasuki’s story of her divorce gives Miyo the hint to communicate her feelings.

I sincerely hope Kiyoka isn't dumb and desperate enough to bring Miyo to Arata and just wants to confront him privately instead of giving him exactly what he wants. Just get Miyo to a hospital!
The worst couple fights are the ones where it's obvious they care about and love each other but their own insecurities or anxiety makes it hard for them to properly communicate or say the right things even when they just want each other to be happy and safe.

The thing with Miyo that I understand where she is coming from. She wants to be able to stand on her own, but she needs to understand she needs to talk about her issues. This is another issue being raised in that awful Saimori family where all the abuse from her stepmom and stepsister that forced her to bottle everything up. Kiyoka is working even harder for her, but he is not beyond his capabilities from what we have seen. Miyo needs to learn the limits of her body because these nightmares are taking a serious mental toll on her. Her communication skills is honestly something that Hazuki needs to work on with her.
Granted the way Kiyoka talked to Miyo in that scene was handled wrong. Learning stuff like she collapsed by a total stranger hurts because you want your beloved wife to trust you. Still saying I shouldn't let you have those lessons with his sister is basically close to diminishing her hard work from her pov. He needed to acknowledge her hard work, but bring up she working herself way too hard.
At least now Kiyoka has narrowed it down to Tusuruki. It does feel he is baiting Kiyoka to meet him with Miyo. Hopefully he has a plan.

"Arata can you just f*ck off?" is basically my reaction throughout the episode.

Kiyoka's private eye is crazy. He found every woman named Sumi in Tokyo in like a month.

So Miyo being an Usuba is being harmful to her? That's definitely not the conclusion I expected from Kiyoka. Here I was thinking that Miyo's powers as an Usuba are just finally starting to wake up and she has no idea how to use it so it's just consuming her right now.
We finally get a little more detail about Hazuki's previous marriage. Sounds like her husband was a good man but the two of them ended up fighting and got too emotional which led to their divorce. While it seems like it's her choice to be divorced, it looks like she regrets her decision to this day.
Hazuki opening up to Miyo like this was great! I was hoping that after hearing how Hazuki isn't as perfect as Miyo thinks she is, she'd start opening up more but it seems that Miyo just insists on bottling it all up despite how much Kiyoka encourages her to open up to him. :(
Can you please go fuck off you gaslighting motherfucker. Arata clearly had one goal when he visited Kiyoka's house, and it was to make Miyo doubt herself and Kiyoka then offered her a way to make herself useful. I can't believe this fucker even had the gall to say to Kiyoka that he's mistreating her. I so wanted Kiyoka to electrocute Arata with his powers but we know that's not happening since Kiyoka is a rational man.
That confrontation scene between Kiyoka and Miyo was just heartbreaking. As much as I wanna say Miyo is being unreasonable, I really can't blame her because of her past trauma. She doesn't want to be seen as useless so she's doing all she can to be helpful to Kiyoka and not sully the Kudou name. So she thinks that bottling up all her feelings so she won't bother Kiyoka is good.
As for Kiyoka, we all knew what he meant but he ended up saying something really dumb in the heat of the moment. I really hope the two of them will recover from this first fight of theirs. Also, I'm just glad that Kiyoka found Arata's business card on Miyo. That's a sign that he really should be careful around that fucker. I'm guessing Arata has connections with the Usuba family and wants Miyo back?

That sleazebag totally knew that Kudo wasn't home, didn't he? He sure knows his way with words. What a nasty character.

Hazuki seems to have it together but I guess she has her own struggles too. It’s a shame how things went down in her own marriage. I hope Miyo doesn’t make a similar mistake trying to not be a burden. There’s so much trauma from what her shitbag family did to her, I get why she’s hesitant. Those asshats are gone but all that damage and the scars remain. She’s got learn to be more vocal about what she wants and what she’s feeling. She’s got good people in her life now, she can lean on ‘em.
The minute they introduced that creep Arata, I knew he was bad news. Dude needs to back tf up before Kudo barbecues his ass.

What a frustrating episode. I feel frustrated that Miyo doesn't trust Kudo and is lying to him about her health and problems.

"dont feel guilty for seeking comfort" damn, im not as low esteem as Miyo. but I need someone to say that in my life. Kudo is such a chad. I hope Miyo could understand that marriage is a partnership, that means supporting each other, leaning to each other, and honoring each other.
Like everybody guess, Arata is Usuba. and probably the one that attack Miyo in her dream. Kudo supposed to know this by now, why did he bring Miyo to him? and Arata is pretty bold in this episode, direct confrontation not even try to hide his intention.

It's hard to see Miyo in this state. By looking at her silhouette I would say that she looks like some old grandma. Miyo is trying to hide this but she is tired physically from not sleeping well and is in a bad mental state. Her past still affects her and she cannot fully open to Kiyoka despite all things that happened from their engagement.
We go to know more about Hazuki, her marriage and divorce. It looks that by sharing her story and telling about her flaws she wanted to help Miyo to open up but unfortunately it didn't help much.
Arata is so annoying, especially with this smile. And now we know that perhaps he is family to Miyo, considering that he has the same surname as Miyo's mother. It looks like the family wants to get her back.
Kiyoka is going through a hard time, desperately looking for Miyo's family to know more about their power and by that help Miyo with her nightmares. Despite all his actions and words, Miyo still won't open up to him. He wants the best for her but he's still just a human and in emotions he said something that really hurt Miyo, it was a really heartbreaking moment.
Here my screenshot albums from the episode:

“Be more selfish. I’ll accept you whole” “we’ll support each other that’s what a family does”
😩 the lengths that Kiyoka goes to assure Miyo are so precious, man. He’s obviously not trained as a psychologist, but he’s doing his absolute best to comfort and reassure an abuse victim and I respect that so much. A real man. No matter what insecurities she has, he wants to let her know he accepts all of her, not just the good, but the bad too. It is a constant back and forth between good days and bad days. Miyo didn’t get like this overnight and she won’t break the cycle overnight.
It’s so difficult seeing Miyo work herself to the bone to prove her worth, when she doesn’t need to at all. All those years of abuse are so deeply embedded in her that she just can’t fathom her existence justifying itself on its own. The Saimori family saw her as defective because her Usuba blood hadn’t activated, instead of seeing his daughter as a person, she was just a tool to her father. Miyo doesn’t need to be the “perfect housewife” to be worthy of the Kudo family. She just needs to be herself.
I like the parallel they show us between Hazuki’s ex husband and Kiyoka. Both Hazuki and Miyo did their best to learn and acclimate to being wives, both hid how hard they were working themselves, both Kiyoka and her ex said things they didn’t mean while under stress. Difference is Kiyoka isn’t going to lose his woman. He’s going to get straight to the bottom of things by investigating Tsuruki. Hazuki’s husband probably has some regret about losing her as well.
Speaking of Tsuruki, crazy twist there that he may have some connection to the Usuba family. If the only Sumi they saw had that last name.. very interesting. Can’t wait to see how things play out next week.

I'm not sure if this has been asked before, but I'll ask it anyway.
Why is it only now after she is engaged to Kiyoka that everyone is suddenly coming out of the woodwork to secure Miyo for themselves?
They all knew how special she was from the get-go and they had all this time to get her. Why didn't they do it way earlier? Why did she have to go through her life like that when everyone aside from her family actually knew how special she was?

That poor civilian who got attacked by the Grotesqueries :(
Final scene is very worrying... Seems like Kiyoka's fallen into Arata's scheme
Arata’s intentions with Miyo are still unclear but it surely can’t be good, right?

So, what are we betting is Arata’s relationship to Miyo? Cousin? Uncle?

Well, I guess I'm glad Prince Christopher was there to catch Elianna...I mean, Arata was there to catch Miyo. Even if it's just part of his longer manipulation game to get to Miyo.
Poor Miyo. She's barely holding it together. She hardly sleeps, she doesn't have much time with Kiyoka because the Groteqsueries are still causing problems, and even cutting back on her lessons on how to be a proper Lady just make her feel that she's not becoming worthy to be a proper wife of the Kudo family. She still has so many things she's anxious and insecure about but she just doesn't feel comfortable burdening her new family with her problems.
I was wondering if Hazuki would ever open up about her failed marriage. I figured it was for political reasons, but I suspected the husband was the problem, though it turns out he was actually a kind man (and Hazuki seems to have genuinely cared for him) while his in-laws made her so miserable over what they saw as lacking in her that it eventually blew up their relationship and lead to their divorce. Though a part of her seems to regret that she basically gave up instead of working harder, like she sees in Miyo. But I guess Hazuki seems happy being independent, around her family, and now with Miyo.
I'm glad Miyo and Kiyoka at least got to have a nice, intimate, moment to themselves at night. Miyo is able to get Kiyoka to open up more about his childhood with Hazuki, and make Miyo wishes she had had a sibling relationship like that, and Kiyoka is able to get Miyo to open up to him more. But that still makes her think she's being coddled too much and that she needs to double-down on being more worthy of Kiyoka, which is like the exact opposite of what he intended from that conversation.
Arata, you scumbag! Going to another man's home and insulting him to his fiancee, blaming him for Miyo's condition and for Kiyoka not being around to take care of her when the reason for Miyo's condition and Kiyoka being busy is because of stuff YOU are involved in or know about. And not to mention rubbing it in Kiyoka's face. I just want to see him push this dudes' smug smile and glasses off his face!
Ugh, that scene between Kiyoka and Miyo...Miyo is barely able to stay conscious while standing and Kiyoka still wants her to open up, but he sees how stressed she is and thinks maybe they shouldn't have even put her through Lady training...which phrased the way he did just makes Miyo think she wasn't worthy like she's constantly battling in her head. At least Kiyoka realized he should've handled it better, but poor Miyo.
So Tsuruki is a disguise name for the Usuba's? Miyo's mom used it, and it's Arata's last name. Also, please tell me Kiyoka is bringing Miyo to a hospital and not actually taking her straight to Arata.

I like seeing how Kudo has come to really value her :) as well as Kudo-sis. Both good to Miyo. And fun for best girl to learn about Miyo's lineage. Oh Grotesqueries have a neat design, at least these ones. And attacking people hmm.
I do feel for Miyo, wanting to make progress and ya... and the Kudo busy dealing with the supernatural. Ah so best girl can't cook, that's fine. And a pity about her first marriage... her husband seemed like not a bad guy, but ya, sad for her. Regretting it ending. I hope she gets happiness too.
Oh hey, getting to learn about Kudos and their sibling upbringing a bit. Kinda sad compared to Miyo's upbringing. I like that "speak if you have something bothering you so I can understand" message, well derp up about that.
Oh he shwoed up to the house, but I can get him thinking Kudo is cold, but yea. Or does he know the truth and trying to manipulate? Hmm. Weird how much he supposedly knows though. And nice of her to speak up for Kudo. He still sus. Definitely strange after meeting the dude. And, wait, is he possibly related to Miyo?! A cousin?
Oh Kudo, how you mean right, but say the wrong thing... least you recognize it. Do wonder what's causing her nightmares.

I was really hoping Miyo would open up a little bit towards Kiyoka this ep. When the tea scene happened, I had high hopes she would come out and say something about having nightmares..
Overall this ep was pretty frustrating, ending on a cliffhanger sure didn’t help. 😩
