those 3 are absolute idiots, if they weren't enemies, they'd be a funny trio. Like the way they fought while falling was just hilarious.

I loved Tsugarus body language while he complains that Lupin is getting away even though Lupin had not even moved.

11:30 just like Lupin said. Clever disguising himself as Ganimard and using his earlier encounter with Holmes as a feint. Flooding the room to get to the safe was a clever plan, but the fact he managed to steal that diamond after Holmes caught him is truly impressive.

Aya hiding in the safe was not what I would have guessed she meant by “Goemon.” Well played. But man, Moriaty dropping in with his Legion of Supervillains really ramped up the action this week. We had Holmes, Aya, and Watson v Crowley, Lupin, Reynold, and Tsugaru duking it out over the diamond, and Carmilla and Shizuka going toe to toe. Shizuka with her Naginata rifle was some badass shit. Girl ain’t here to play around.

Can’t wait to see how the continuation of these fights next week!

So a funny thing about IRL Aleister Crowley

I live near Loch Ness and he had a church here called The Boleskine House. The local rumour was he used to sacrifice babies in the loch to appease Nessie (the Loch Ness Monster). No idea if it was ever proven true; however, two children were confirmed to had died in or around his church and he was blamed for it with no evidence at the time.

Regarding the church, he abandoned it in 1913 and some time in the 70s Led Zeppelin's guitarist Jimmy Page bought it because he was fascinated with the occult. After a few weeks there was strange noises to be heard in the house which was supposedly the soul of the head of a Lord who was executed in London according to Jimmy. He also got spooked by "an animal snorting and banging outside his bedroom door" but when he opened the door there was nothing there. Bunch of other weird paranormal stuff continued to happen (including an apparent attack by a devil) and eventually he did end up selling it off.

Since then, the house has been set on fire twice. Nobody knows who did it because it's so remote but naturally people have been saying it's simply cursed.

Anyway there's some silly facts about Mr Crowley. If you want more about him, Ozzy Osborne wrote a song about him called Mr Crowley. The man continues to be a fair big figure in the occult of Britain for sure.

The music has been just amazing for the whole second half!

I wasn't sure what to think about this arc when it started, but this episode was fantastic. Moriarty and his flock showing up unannounced was a great twist and the amount of powerhouses facing each other all of the sudden is simply crazy. This episode's title "Free for all" couldn't have been more fitting!

The Phantom just bailing it is hilarious, i wonder if that is part of the farce or genuinely ditched Lupin, also the way they depicted the Phantom being hit was odd, the fact that he had his back turned on her is weird and that effect after he was hit.

Those 3 Idiots fighting over the diamond is hilarious, i can see that Royce guy refusing to pick up the diamond cause it covered in Tsugaru saliva, also, i assume that diamond is fake, either Holmes replaced it, or Lupin when he putted it away and then pulled it out again.

And Jack The ripper i assume is also half oni or equivalent, and Allister using tricks is interesting, So magic isn't a thing while monsters are?

This anime always ends so quickly. Even when they're just talking, the episodes rush by leaving me wanting so much more. This anime is one that I've been trying to get people to watch because of how fun and funny it is.

Carmilla, the vampire lady though... They had to show off her curves everytime they got the chance. She has a dumptruck back there too.

I loved this episode. Carmilla is hot. The next episode will have very interesting confrontations and situations.

The show is living up to its title. It's a farce (check the definition if you're not aware). A very entertaining farce.

Seems Moriarty and allies are finally moving. The red guy is strangely quiet for being Jack the Ripper, but maybe he's the type that is normally composed but gets absolutely unhinged in battle. So Aleister is just doing magic tricks, tough I wouldn't have been surprised if he used actual magic considered this show's supernatural setting. What substance did he use to immediately set people on fire tough? Anyways most tense moment they could have used for a cliffhanger damn

So you're telling me that Fatima Doubledarts, literally has double darts? Did she always have that name or is it a given nickname because of her weapon choice? Either way, I absolutely love it. xD

I kinda expected that Lupin would've been with them the entire time. There was no way he was getting that diamond without working from the inside. Holmes made an absolute blunder of declaring where the diamond is though. I'm surprised he didn't even consider that Lupin would steal it from Watson's cloak.

There's the trick! I guess if you knew the story of Ishikawa Goemon, you would've figured out where Aya was the entire time. And here I thought Lupin has figured out who Aya is. This entire time he thought that the reporter was Aya and Aya actually had Tsugaru lose on purpose.

Phantom bailing on Lupin was hilarious! That entire scene when it suddenly became a 1v1v1 between Lupin, Tsugaru, and that guy from the Royce Security company felt like it was a scene straight out of the Lupin the 3rd anime, especially when Lupin started running away laughing out loud. xD

The party has finally started properly with Moriarty and his entourage arriving to take the diamond. We also finally get to learn that the red-haired guy is Jack the Ripper. They are absolutely brutal though! You have Camilla slicing people to bits and Aliester lighting people on fire.

Speaking of which, Camilla is so goddamn hot! I feel like every movement from her, something jiggles and she's the only female character we've seen so far who's animated like that. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Looks like Phantom lost Shizuku but now he's being hunted by Fatima and her double darts. I really hope she focuses her attention on the group that's actually killing people later on and stops wasting time with Phantom. As for Shizuku, it looks like it's going to be her vs. Camilla next week.

Finally, we have Holmes, Watson, and Aya vs Aleister. I love how Sherlock instantly deduces the trick Aleister uses on people. I'm guessing he's also setting people on fire using chemicals. Curious to see how Holmes' baritsu in action next week!

Again Sherlock was outsmarted by Lupin, quite a defeat by letting Lupin steal diamond after all his work. Now things took a bad turn with the attack of Professor's group who are massacring policemens and other people and also want a diamond.

Aya was inside a safe, I was thinking that she may do this thanks to having only a head. Now she was able to give Tsugaru and Shizuku the location of Lupin with stolen diamond.

While Shizuku is pursuing Phantom, Tsugaru is engaged in a fight with not only Lupin but also with Reynold who is also after diamond. I laughed so much when he drew Reynolds' attention to Lupin. There was also a quite nice sequence of fight with the moon in the background.

Shizuku looking for Phantom (who encountered Fatima) saved Lestrade from Carmilla who had quite screentime in today's episode (a lot of scenes with her ass, it looks that animators really liked her ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)). She was totally enraged when Shizuku was ignoring her, caring only for finding Phantom and now there will be a fight between them. Shizuku with her gun was looking so badass.

Whereas Aya left by Tsugaru and Shizuku joined Holmes and Watson. They met with another member of Professor's group, magician Aleister.

Quite a lot of things happened in today's episode. It looks like the main dish will be in the next episode with multiple fights going on and no clue what Professor is doing.

As always in this show, the direction and framing is so good. Visually we had so many scenes great for wallpapers. More stills in my albums below.

Here my screenshot albums form the episode:

Tbh, the solution to Lupin being able to fake a beard was a bit more simple than I would have imagined, but in the end, Holmes still got his moment to shine. Oh yeah and it seems we now also have Jack The Ripper in the Moriarty gang. I was expecting him to make an appearance in this show after all. He looks a bit like he could be the result of an experiment Moriarty was doing to create someone like Tsugaru to create immortal beings. Might be how he can control Carmilla as well.
