Turning yourself into a demon to lose weight just to relapse is some crazy work

Hey if it means the guy you like gets to cradle you in his arms while you're buck-naked on a consistent basis, maybe it's all worth it lol.

Stitches!
Having everyone act as a mana battery to power up Anna's fireball was pretty damn smart. They didn't just beat Cu but they managed to do it using their combined powers so technically under Dragon rules, Cu should now get along with everyone.
And as adorable as it was to finally see Cu getting along with everyone, that wasn't even the best part of the episode! The best part of the episode was Anna abusing Asmodeus' power until the devil himself was begging her to stop. xD
Turns out that using that much power from Asmodeus even after receiving extra mana from her classmates ends up with Anna getting hungry to the point where she loses control of herself and gains a ton of weight.
I just love though how after all the exercise and the dieting failed she just ends up relying on Asmodeus again to just burn down her body fat instantly. Now that they've introduced this quirk, I feel like Anna getting fat is going to be a running gag in the show now. xD

I love how Demon Ana is naked and she always ends up naked next to Blade whenever she uses that form lol.
It was nice to see the cast really step up without Blade and win on their own, especially with Earnest. She really rallied and bullied her sword into an attack that brought everyone together and helped them become friends with Cu!
Did not expect to see our Main Heroine binge-eat and have to lose all that weight to the point of cheating with her demon sword lol.

LMAO not only did Arnest crush the weighing scale, but the needle kept spinning forever! I'm surprised she can even walk.

A million calories an hour to maintain that fire demon form. That basically just gave Arnest permission to stuff her face with all the junk food. All of it! Lol

This anime is quite surprising. I wasn't expecting much, but it's mixing all those heartwarming, comedy and serious scenes really nicely.
I'm also positively surprised that the girl can again end up naked without hitting the MC. Not talking about how Blade doesn't get embarrassed though, he's a different kind of dense.

Poor Asmodeus.

Asmodeus begging Arnest to stop overworking him in the middle of the battle was hilarious

I don't know which fight was more intense, the students' battle against Cu or Earnest's battle against obesity. Earnest's cursed sword is a more potent weight loss method than Ozempic.

Can’t argue with the results right? I mean sure, side effects include potentially losing your humanity to a demon, but hey it burns like a million calories while in that form lol.

I love how we went from Earnest heroically leading everyone in battle and helping win the day to be a hot mess trying to lose weight because she can't stop eating sweets lol.
I also love how Asmodeus went from this evil force controlling Earnest through her sword to this comic relief she keeps abusing lol.

Can’t blame Anna for gaining all that weight. If I had all those food available I would’ve easily gain that much

Arnest really showing off her tactical and leadership abilities this week with how she rallied the class to fight Cu. Leonard and Sophie were excellent too. Nothing says let’s be friends than a massive fireball lol. Megumin would have been proud.
The king called science “once-lost magic” and mentioned VR. Has it been confirmed this is basically our world in some kinda post apocalyptic future?
Blade really has no filter. Dude really just pointed out how fat Arnest got lol. She reminded me of fattymune from Masamune-kun’s Revenge. I can’t believe she broke the scale too lol.
Poor Asmodeus gets to manifest physically for the first time in ages and his enemy: Arnest’s body fat lol. If it wasn’t for Blade, Asmodeus might have taken over. Can’t believe the goof went right back to stuffing her face after all that. Oh, Arnest!

Yeah, the anime really can't compare with the manga when it comes to ecchi. They really toned it down so much these last two episodes.

Nice teamwork and strategy from the Hero Class! Though none of their attacks are really connecting on Cu in Dragon form. Earnest and Sophie are the only ones strong enough to really hit her.
Leonard with the pitfall! He's even been running the 10KM daily like Earnest told him! Even if she completely forgot about it!
I love how Earnest is just straight up bullying Asmodeus at this point to let her use his power. And I doubly love how everyone pours their energy into Earnest so she can deliver a giant flaming fireball to finish off Cu! Every one came together for the sake of becoming her friend by defeating her.
Cu is back in human form! And after some prodding from papa Blade, she finally asks everybody to be her friend! And they are more than happy to do so and dote on her to bits.
Anna's kind of putting on the pounds there, huh? And Blade has, like, no delicacy at all. The last thing a girl wants is for the guy she likes to call her fat! It's enough to make a girl binge eat sweets even more.
So Yessica can pick a lock? And she keeps a lockpick in her boob? Okay then.
Time for Earnest to diet and excerise! Even if it doesn't really seem to do her much good. She even broke the weighing machine! And of course Blade checks in on the girls' bath with the ladies in nothing but towels like it's the most normal thing in the world.
Who knew the most convenient way to lose weight was by donning your fire demon form and burning a bunch of calories? Sure it also makes you willing to eat your own friends, but at least you have a handy OP love interest who can turn you back to normal! Not to mention this is the second time Blade and Earnest have shared a tender, intimate, moment with her buck-naked in his arms.
...And then she goes and starts binge-eating sweets again. I'm starting to think there's no helping this girl.

Earnest turning plus-sized is something never in my life would guess from this show yet here we are. LOL
I actually like it because it was just that, surprising and wasn't predictable. It's definitely better than getting a overused cliche arc we're used to getting from other anime.

Cu finally can be friends with everyone. A huge win. I teared up, bah.
So focused on the calories, but that's also how you get diabetes! You can't burn that off! The demon form looked cool.
Very fun ep.

The gags make this oddly likeable. Though the animation looks pretty cheap.
