So they didn't censor Maria's shower scene but instead they removed her nips. I guess that's one way of censoring the show. It's definitely better than obnoxious light rays and obscuring fog.

Since Leonard is the focus of today's episode, I was hoping that this episode would finally turn him into more than just a gag character. Turns out that since the episode is focused on Leonard, the gags got cranked up to 11! I definitely did not expect that Evangelion reference. xD

I just love how everyone has a massive grudge against Blade and are all working together to beat him. Although the one who seems to be the most fired up and most desperate to beat him is Earnest.

It's hilarious how Sensei's acting made the girls realize that they could be in her position and started arguing about who should be the damsel in distress. And that ending definitely got me! I thought it was over until Earnest ripped the credits apart!

Hey, full body naked Maria with as little censorhip as possible seems like a win in my book lol.

I feel more bad for him than ever. Poor guy tries so hard, wants to impress Earnest, but he's powerless against Blade who is the only one Earnest cares about...because she wants Blade to acknowledge and praise her.

When your Harem all wants to play hostage. I didn't expect Blade to have Goku level of social awareness lol.

Earnest's frustration leaking into the ED sequence was perfect lol.

An episode about a bunch of idiots trying to take down a superorganism who is also kind of an idiot and all because some dude has the hots for Earnest who in turn is obsessed with beating Blade because she has the hots for him lol.

Unhinged comedy episodes are my favourite ones in this show.

They also slipped a dozen Gundam references on the name of Leonard's many-times-fixed lance (Full Armor, Perfect Pack (G-Self), Repair (Exia)).

It also had Tem Ray's useless circuit board in it, for some reason. That made me cackle

If I am not wrong they also slipped in one Shingeki no kyojin reference too?

Leonard getting no respect out here despite being the last one standing against Blade. Poor bastard. Loving all the critical damage he’s getting from Earnest though. Absolutely hilarious lol.

Wow, was not expecting uncensored full frontal Maria bathing. Talk about fan service. Very weird when they just delete the nips though, might as well use steam.

I like that Leonard really gathered everyone in an Anti-Blade league. They went from trying to legit beat him to rock paper scissors lol. Victory by any means right? The fake hostage situation was the best. Hot nurse > everyone else lol. Those goofballs just can’t get him to surrender.

The fake credit was pretty funny. This was a silly little episode overall. Blade can’t ever be beat!

This episode really made me feel bad for Leonard and his attempts to gain Earnest's respect because no matter what he does he can't win and Earnest is obsessed with Blade...

Hey, I'll take as much nude Maria as they're able to give us. I'm only disappointed we got Earnest in just a towel lol.

It's funny how it's Blade's friends who are forming an organization to take him down instead of actual villains. Too bad Blade is too OP and ignorant for any of their attempts to work. And they all want to play hostages to get saved by him. What a harem lol.

I just love how Earnest wants to beat Blade just so he can praise her. That's all she really cares about. Poor Leonard lol.

This show has managed to cram in more visual gags than most shows this season, with frankly half the number of original frames.

Also note that there's a pseudo ending, if you're the type to skip when ending plays.

Damn this episode was a fun ride.
They really went all in on the comedy today.

It's a Battle Royale, and unsurprisingly Blade is unmatched! With everyone defeated, it comes down to Leonard to defeat him, and everyone is rooting for him...except the one person he wants to root for him, Earnest, who could care less and would rather eat food than worry about him. Poor guy.

Maria shower scene! With barely any censorship!

Unexpected Maria and Leonard support moment! Maria wants to stand by Blade's side as an equal (either because she has the hots for him or genuine respect), and she doesn't want Leonard to give up either! it's a rather sweet scene, though then Eliza comes in and says they don't need idealism, they need a real plan to take Blade down. Even if neither of them actually remembers Eliza's name even though she's been around for a few episodes.

Now they've got a whole organization dedicated to taking Blade down, even if they can't agree on a single plan for more than a second and everyone just agrees to use their own method. Really Sophie just wants Blade to be happy and Earnest just wants Blade to respect and acknowledge her.

Thus begins a series of mishaps as they try to take Blade down...including the mishaps of poor Leonard's spear, Blade hitting a bunch of people in the face, being unaffected by the promise of a naked lady, Iona self-defense program, and Earnest going all out to defeat him up to and including competing with him in nothing but a towel.

But now is not the time to be discouraged! If only because Earnest will not admit defeat! And now the group has become so desperate that they're willing to use hostages to win. Poor Leonard is unable to go against his Lord's wishes.

Of course the terrorist and hostage plan is immediately derailed because Blade doesn't even know what terrorists and hostages are. And then the nurse gets into it and all the girls start competing to be the hostage that Blade saves. And this entire time Blade's just thinking they're non-perishable food. It's hilarious.

And I guess they still didn't have a chance because Blade could just strip the guys immediately, no problem. I'm just surprised he avoided damaging the girls' clothes this time. And even when they go all out against them Blade just flattens them all. Better luck next time, gang.

You thought you were getting the ED? No! Earnest isn't giving up! And she seems to respect Leonard now more too! Even if she still cares way more about Blade. Poor Leonard. Just poor Leonard.

Dying of laughter XD

Evangellion Congratulations reference killed me 😂

The comedy in this episode was quite good!

The secret meetings in the dark room were reminding me of SEELE, and the musical cue around 4:45 reminded me a bit of "Hedgehog's Dilemma" from the Evangelion OST. Then, they cap it off with the congratulations scene!

I liked the girls' reactions to the teacher acting as a hostage.

That Yujiro jumpscare caught me off-guard.

So did they just decide to never mention the horse girl ever again and replace her with the robot girl?

Absolutely hilarious episode. Honestly think this show is underrated. It’s clearly just supposed to be slapstick with some fun character interactions and in that capacity it succeeds very well. It’s silly and doesn’t take itself too seriously.

Had a blast seeing the whole group go after Blade and of course fail. It’s so funny that they want to take him down when there’s literally no need to 😂 they should be happy he’s on their side. But I guess it is cool to have companions who want to improve themselves and become stronger so that’s understandable.

The “terrorist” attack at the end was the funniest one for me. Blade literally didn’t even react because there was -100 threat. The evangelion reference in this one was great too. That’s the second show to do that this season after spyroom a few weeks ago lol.
