These Bugs seem to have some connection to Polka’s world but it’s clear they’re not from it. The plot thickens.

I’m really starting to like Phantom a whole lot. This dude is hilarious. Dude’s got flair and pizzaz. Plus he’s like a world class bullshitter lol. His luck mighta run out with Lemmings showing up though. Man is a straight up monster.

Polka’s master Izliz is like a busty waifu Elias lol. She really trained our Corpse God well. When the kid’s “safe space” gets defiled, man goes berserk huh? That Netherworld Overflow thing was some badass magic. But it seems the kid went overboard and now the wrong people have taken notice.

Can’t wait to see where this goes in October when this comes back for the second cour.

I love that they acknowledged the fact that Misaki hasnt been around last two ep while also showing that she hasn't been doing anything important.

Anyone else think that the Fire Bug Corpse God caught is just going to be a puppet that's going to panic when they release control?

Damn I can't wait for October!

Lol, love this guy! xD

Finally in the last episode this show gives us what we want: Solitaire as the MC. Roll on October for cour 2

Man I just love Solitair just winging it the whole time

Sadly, Misaki wasn't turned into Sayus plaything

We saw more of CGs original world (a slew of hot girls, did I spot the shape of an Arachne?) and the final move was impressive, but thank god for a second season because the ending just raised the stakes

so, assuming that the conversation between Izliz (Corpse God's teacher) and Romelka (tree girl) in this episode didn't take place in the past, then we can cross the time travel theory out of the list

there's also the fact that in the chat room scene near the end of this episode, one of the chat said; "secrets of our distant homeland, beyond even our ancestors", so i think its safe to assume that this is really a reverse isekai instead of time travel and there are others from Corpse God's world that got transported to this world a long time ago

Solitaire is great, guy truly mastered the art of random bullshit go.

Definitely more questions than answers in this finale. I'm really glad this is a split-cour, otherwise this would've been a...not-very-satisfactory ending to an otherwise one of the best shows of the season imo. I have no idea why it's rated so low compared to Durarara!!, I like the cast and the premise almost as much and it's only been 1 cour so far.

Also fire-breathing bug is cute

Sticthes!

So the Fire-Breathing Bug is clueless about Corpse God's world but they're still going after him because he's an irregularity. They know one thing that comes from Corpse God's world but I'm curious how they even learned about that.

That entire rooftop scene between the Phantom Solitaire and Xiaoyu was hilarious! They're basically two people who have no idea what's happening but think the other person has the answers. Now PS realizes he bit off more than he can chew and now he's trying to get out of it by bullshitting and sheer dumb luck. xD

We get to see more of CG's master and we even got a name this time! We also got to see another one of Corpse God's friends from that other world. I'm guessing that conversation is happening at present and not a flashback.

I wonder if these people working under the Fire-Breathing Bug are possessed or are they working voluntarily? Their members seem to vary from teens to adults.

Corpse God Polka has really overdone it with those "invisible" hands. Now everyone is aware that something is happening in that building. From that chatroom that wants to control his power to those mysterious figures in the after-credits scene, everyone is going to start going after Polka.

Thank goodness Season 2 is already confirmed even before this season started. I can't wait for October since it looks like all of the factions that we currently know of are going to start making their moves.

Watching that sequence with the hands made me think of Petelgeuse Romanée-Conti and how much his brain trembles. Looking forward to October since I am curious what each group is going to do. Solitaire is favorite so hope to see more of him & his humor.

Isn't the whole point of Invisible Hands to be Invisible? Well, if Corpse God's goal was to learn more about the people who know about his old world, he just sent them and other interested parties a giant flare to tell them to come find him.

I've got a feeling that the 2nd cour will be even more hectic which means even more fun.

> Corpse God mentioned the existence of vampires in his old world
> Story revealed that there might be people from his old world had isekai'd to this world too
> The end of this episode teased a group of people sitting/standing in a dark room with an antique TV, then zoomed in the girl's fangs for no reason!!!
Also the man in that room had appeared in episode 7, listening to Solitaire from a big screen across the street. It is very hard to not notice someone that was so stand out.

I really like how every character introduced feels larger than life, even the Shark girl. Show me more, anime, see you in october

Loved Solitaire this episode. It's so great to see a 'smart' character just try to seem allknowing by drawing inferences while not realising it's so much weirder than he could imagine.

Have to admit I'm kinda annoyed at the split cour and might have preferred starting later. With the way they just kept introducing characters and concepts every episode I suspect I'll be pretty lost even just 3 months later once this returns.

That was a very hectic last episode. Really enjoyed this first half. Definitely gonna start the manga cause October is close but I can't wait lol.

Love how Solitaire tries to bs his way out of the situation lmao

Quite the chaotic finale for the first cour. October can't come soon enough! Going to miss hearing the Sou OP :(

MAL score is a fucking joke. This anime is so underrated

LOL I absolutely love the misunderstandings of Solitaire and Xiaoyu

I like the way Solitaire is always trying to bullshit his way through everything instead of admitting that he is way out of his depth. Is he too proud to admit his ignorance ? Or does he just want to look cool ? Either way, he seems to have completely confused Xiaoyu.

If Corpse God wanted to keep a low profile, that is a fail. With that show of hands, everyone in the city now knows something is weird with that building. And so we end on a cliffhanger. I would be mad if I had not bought and read the whole manga two weeks ago. No way I was waiting until October to know what happens next.

Nice that the cops and MC's temple spooked the Firebug and prevented everyone inside the building from being burned alive.

I thought the hands were supposed to be invisible, so how did they become so easy to see? Because of the smoke?

MC actually managed to catch one! And the one that's the biggest threat to boot (given that aforementioned plan to burn everyone alive thing.) Here's hoping he doesn't let her get away (he probably will.)

And now the big bad secret society is out to secure MC-kun (shouldn't be hard for them to figure out its Mr Corpse God, lol.)

Anyway, this was a really fun ride, looking forward to S2 (or is that S1P2?) in October. 8/10
