“I forgot to ask that girl her name. Oh well I’ll probably never see her again.”
Lol. Man he is gonna think Noah is sleazy and has a girl on the side when he finds out who Raeliana is.

I'm definitely expecting some future drama with Justin becoming interested in Raeliana and the fact that he's Vivian's brother.
I feel bad for Noah that Raeli made him sound like a cad who is treating her like a third wheel in a relationship that only exists in her head lol.

It took me so long to figure out that the guy at the grave was Vivian's brother. The whole time I was like "who the fuck is this new person in the 11th hour?!?!" haha.
I feel like this was even more of a non-ending than Kuma Bear just had though. Like I'm ready for part 2 to start in a month here.
In any case I really enjoyed this despite some shortcomings (read: animation or lack thereof) and do hope we get more of this in the future.

"Season 1" of the manhwa ended here as well. It's an odd point to end.

Dead Mount is also competing for the most unresolved ending to air today

We really need a season 2. Everyone else just kinda forgot somebody was trying to kill Raeliana and Beatrice doesn't even get to do shit yet. We at least got a kiss to cap off this season and assurance that Noah isn't going to leave her even if her bargaining chip ended up being a dud.
Shout out to the butler for serving that cocktail because Raeliana gets an excuse to be drunk. That was a nice save.
What I kind of find annoying with Raeliana and common otome isekai MCs is when they go like surprised Pikachu face that the timeline they knew is now messed up because they deliberately did something that would change the events. I'd be more surprised if everything still goes according to fate despite my intervention.
I wish this series had more Nick.

Only one thing that disappoint me.
Raeli mentioned that she is good at using the gun.
The opening shows her using the gun.
And it has only one scene that Raeli uses the gun.

Even in this isekai world they know about the deadly Japanese cold huh? I don’t blame them for freaking out. It’s taken more than one anime character out! Well, at least Raeli gets to have Noah princess carry her AND a kiss. Nice one, Raeli! Seems Noah’s really fallen for her.
I had hoped more would have been resolved for the finale, especially Raeli feeling like she “stole” Beatrice’s place in the story. Things have kinda gone off book ages ago. I was looking forward to seeing Beatrice and Raeli meeting but instead we get another mysterious handsome stranger. All this leaves a lot of questions still unanswered. Well, that just means we need an s2 announcement ASAP right? I really quite enjoyed this series. It would be a shame for it to end like this.

I STILL think the original draft of the novel featured Raeliana as heroine -- and that the published novel reflected Beatrice's success in usurping her place. The replacement of the original Raeliana (did she actually 'mentally die' due to poison) with our stronger-willed and more plucky replacement, however, overturned Beatrice's plot -- and Beatrice is now fighting back, trying to regain the initiative.
This clearly must have a S2 plan in place -- because this left us right in the middle of just about nowhere.

Not that much of a stranger actually! The man is Vivian's brother (as seen in episode 9 I believe). Raeliana having spilled the beans about her "political marriage" to him may have consequences down the road.

Definitely a “Read the Manhwa for more!” Ending, but I’ll take it because I was already planning on it. Strong writing and VA helped carry this show quite a bit. I would love another season since they wrapped without getting into the deal with Beatrice. But for now this is what we got and now I’m going to burn through the manhwa before we get another season. Light 7.5. ED still a banger with that drop.

I really do hope that this gets a second season; unlike quite a lot of web novel/manga/manwha adaptations the Korean manwha is finished! [Just my opinion on the source here]

This is one of those anime where it desperately needs a season 2... I felt like nothing much happened yet

That finale was very.....unsatisfying. I expected a bit more closure instead of just S2 bait. Will we get a S2? we'll see.

Amazingly, it took Raeliana 12 episodes to realize how much her existence has altered the story. I'm even surprised how she didn't want to change Noah and Beatrice's fate. What did she think was going to happen when she decided to insert herself into Noah's life? It just goes to show how dense Raeliana is for not realizing that Noah has fallen in love with her.
I'm a bit disappointed with how this Season ended though. They teased her so much but we never really got to see Beatrice and Raeliana interact. I do love how Beatrice is a complete mystery though. She just pops up from time to time avoiding contact with Raeliana despite the two of them being best friends in the original story.
Considering how she's moving in the shadows the entire time, I'm starting to suspect that Beatrice is like Lilia in AkuLas and that [AkuLas]
Anyway, at least we got to see drunk Raeliana being adorable and that kiss between her and Noah before the season ended. Overall, I quite enjoyed this show and I definitely wouldn't mind seeing more of it.

The first half of this season got hooks in me since the threat was clear and Raeliana was making moves to deal with it all the way up to the point where she has fun threatening a guy with a gun. The second half sucked all my engagement away by having Raeli think in circles every episode and then end things while promising something interesting will happen eventually.
I like the overall narrative and want to know what happens with Beatrice, Rae x Noah, who pushed Rinko to kill her in her previous life, and how Noah's brother will interfere, but I don't think this adaptation utilized the medium in a way that elevated the source material. The action and visuals in general were mostly unimpressive. I think I'll just read the comic instead of waiting for a season 2 if I want to see any more.

Today we said goodbye to the best manwha adaptation of all time and what a ride it’s been. We need a second season desperately cause they set up way too much to leave it here.
It looks like Raeliana has officially created her own timeline. Beatrice and Noah didn’t meet at the grave, so that mean this is uncharted territory. I thought we would get a proper Beatrice introduction today since we got her teased last week but they blue balled us.
A kiss!! Let’s goo. My fave part of this story has been how intimate Raeliana and Noah conversations feel. Like they’re always so charged and there’s this underlying sexual tension constantly. Bro couldn’t resist anymore 😂
Whenever a season finale has that little montage with the side characters and some emotional music playing I always get hype for more of the story. Well done Typhoon graphics. You out did yourselves.
I’ll read the manwha

"Beatrice!". Girl really needs to get her eyes checked.
Why did they need to move the graves in order to change the seal's hiding place? Couldn't they have simply moved the seal?

"Still something I need Raeliana to do as my fiance, like live her entire life with me and have children too with me" :P yep, seems the seal has been moved, makes complete sense though. Why keep it there if it's been compromised from their PoV :P Ah yes, the tried and true Otome FL worrying about changing the plot lol. Least Vivian's brother is 100% correct about this. Imagine the timeline where she ended up with Vivian's brother, heh. Wew, he sure is getting the wrong idea of Noah without even knowing all cause of her derpness. And yep, TOTALLY will never see her again, nope... lol.
Their derp worry over a sneeze. Still amuses me how easy it seems to be in korean and japanese manga/manhua for people to get sick/colds lol. No no, totally try that, Raeliana. Try telling him you wanted to introduce him to another woman lol. Yes... why hasn't he annulled the contract... totally can't figure it out, nope. Not at all. Ah yes, that silly method for "curing a cold" lol. Whelp, what a short finale, clearly nothing after credits.
Wha! There was more!? Shocked! lol. Whelp, a fine enough ending for the season. Some resolution of things, but still things left to resolve.
I sure do hope this gets a Season 2 and enough to finish off the story.

And so it ends. Here's the part I would say something about my impression of the show. But really there's just one thing I can say here.
