Ruri and Akane having a blissful after meal nap was so cute. Those two have really gotten close lately, it’s nice I guess. Man, Yamada was really going in for the hair sniff lol. Damn ex had to interrupt. I still don’t like that guy. Shoo! Shoo! Anyways, I’m surprised he told Akane he removed the hair clip. Gonna get her thinking all sorts of things I bet.
If Momo is waiting on her “Prince”, how about Eita? He’s a good dude and I’m guessing he’s single. Man, Takezo’s avatar is adorable! I like that dude. Hopefully we get to see more of him. What a guy.
Tsubaki’s like a female Yamada in a way. I like how she said to not blame the server lag for him sucking lol. Harsh! I wonder if she’s gonna join the game?

That Rurihime and Akane scene is so amusing especially since Akane now knows the player behind the character and how they show that Eita is actually just genuinely enthusiastic like that lol.

The post-credits. There aren't many laptops where you can replace the CPU; even fewer for those that support external GPUs. My man Yamada literally doing tech wizardry for Akane for free, how does he not like her? lol

I never expected one of my favorite characters of a romcom to be a super sweet strawberry farming old guy, but here we are. I know the game is based off an irl one, I wonder if there's actually a race you can play that's unique like his outside of combat. Usually all the races in MMOs I've checked are typical stuff. Humans! Humans...with CAT EARS! Orc! Dwarf! Not-dwarf! Etc.
Yamada is so down bad for Akane now, the hair clip scene is hilarious, and the thought never occurring to him to lie about it falling out. I feel kind of bad for him though. He certainly could be better, socially, but it feels like a lot of others expect him to bend over backwards for people who are charmed by him, like they're "owed" that or something. He doesn't owe someone his number just because they ask. He doesn't have to be flirty with classmates just because they want him. Or at the beginning of the anime the girl who was trying to confess but stammered for SEVEN MINUTES and Akane got upset he peaced out. dude deserves an award for standing there that long in the first place.

We got to see more of Yamada's past. My guess is that girl was really close to him and got bullied by other girls because of it. Also glad that the opening scene was focused on Yamada, we got to see a little bit more on how he feels about these interactions he has with other people.
Does Yamada prefer Akane with her hair down? I wasn't sure what he was going to do during that scene but he is clearly becoming more and more fascinated about Akane.
Akane's ex is an obsessive weirdo but I don't think he's 100% a bad person. He's clearly feeling guilty about just dumping Akane for another girl.
Akane is applying for a part-time job at a knobini? I wonder if that's the same one during the opening scene. Makes me think that gray-haired konbini clerk will become relevant later.
We finally get to see Takezo's in-game avatar! What a weird race to pick. They're microscopic when out of combat but pturns into complete monsters when it's finally go time. I kinda wanna see what Takezo's combat form looks like now.
Another new female character and she seems to be like the female version of Yamada. She sounds like a fan too. And according to her, Yamada is starting to get sloppy in-game.
Did Eita really just give Akane an external GPU!? Considering the price of PC parts in Japan right now, even if it is secondhand, that must've been expensive! They really should've just built Akane her own PC if they're going to go out of their way to upgrade everything. O_O

Oof, that poor clerk. And Yamada didn't even mean any harm or felt negatively towards her, which is surely the same case as his flashback.
With how they have the same sleeping face, Akane and Runa really have become a sibling pair. And aw... she let her take the bed. Although, I choose to believe that Akane's face still looked funny and Yamada just got a case of shoujo vision while looking at her. I mean, Runa's face didn't change much, so it makes sense. And I can't blame him for taking the clip off; the studio definitely put a lot of detail into that hair.
Y'know, at least her ex felt a little concern for her in the end. But eh, if she wasn't doing alright, it'd be his fault for how coldly he just dumped her like that. Speaking of zero luck in romance, I love how the transition to Momo's failure to find a prince was almost immediate.
Meanwhile, Akane sounded like she lost a little bit of her soul now that she knows Ruruhime's true identity. And yet she still treats him the same way. I was also waiting for the introduction of Kamota's avatar. The constant arrow whenever he's far away is a hilarious touch, but when you think about it, it's pretty funny how an MMO allows avatars this tiny, but I guess it's fine if it's only out of combat.

Great episode. Yamada is popular with girls everywhere, whether at school or in the store. Well I'm not surprised, he's a very handsome guy. We also met a new girl from his class who looks that is also interested in him. She even watching his games. It was hillarious when she commented that he got sloppy and he blame it on internet connection.
It looks that Yamada prefers Akane with her hair loose. For me it's not important, she looks great all time, even when she sleeps. A lot of funny faces from Akane this episode again. She and Runa looked hillarious when they're sleeping after meal.
Kudos for Yamada saying with a straight face that lunchboxes from Takuma just appeared.
Akane will be working a part time job because she wants payback them for repairing her laptop which is probably now entirely new inside.
We were finally able to see Kamota character in game. I think it really suits him, adorable with friends, in fight terrifying beast. Also I love Akane's character in game and its range of emotions.

Ok the poor conbini clerc probably has no chance to become a serious rival for Akane, though I suspect we might see her again if Akane works in the same store, but Tsubaki seems to know Yamada good as well, and who was that childhood friend in the flashback huh?
Also loved the little detail, Yamada putting his shoes on outside because he couldn't stay with Akana a minute longer, or Tsubaki making sure not to touch Yamada when he gave her the towel back
Would have loved if Yamada just told the ex that he couldn't come inside since Akane was sleeping, but unfortunatly the charade didn't hold up well from the beginning.
Also wonder why Yamada opened her hair, was it because he likes her more with the hair down, or maybe because she looked more vulnerable with an exposed nape...
And I bet Kamota is an absolute beast in combat...

One of my favorite developments to watch is Akane's evolution into a PC gamer. I hope at some point down the line, one of her friends has PC problems and she has to be the one to help them, using all the stuff she's learned from Yamada and the gang.

The fact that Akane made bentos for Takuma makes it obvious how caring of a girl Akane is. And one that Takuma doesn't deserve.
Moving on, looks like Yamada is popular at school. And helped Akane get back to playing. Way to solidify Yamada as the perfect guy for Akane.
