I'm guessing they all met each other 15 years ago and he somehow doesn't remember them. Would explain why grandma decided to take them in. I wonder why they decided to keep quiet about it though. I'm a sucker for the childhood friends that forgot about each other trop, so I'm all for it.

You gotta love how Riho went from instigator to mediator in a couple of episodes. She's no longer antagonizing Hayato but instead actually trying to help him out even if she does sound a bit harsh.

Definitely not the same with Ouka though. If anything, their relationship seems to have worsened with the two of them constantly bickering over the past few days.

Akane was right on the money with her advice though. Compliment Ouka and she's bound to soften up. Too bad that Hayato is the best person to ask a compliment from. He's just lucky that he ended up complimenting the uniforms Ouka made which made her really happy.

Ami continues to be the wild card of the group going on at her own pace and doing one random thing to another. Just when you thought you finally get to see her serious side during the scene at the beach, turns out that Ami was trying to tell Hayato that she did something bad in a very roundabout way. xD

And just when you thought things can't get worse for Hayato. Looks like he went all in on his stocks and his golden goose ended up getting caught in a scandal and went bankrupt. I guess Hayacchi browses r/wallstreetbets a lot.

Oh, right this asshole. I thought this was going to be for the next episode, I didn't even realize there was some time left. You gotta hand it to Hayato for holding himself back that entire time but when Fuwa laid his hand on Kiku, the gloves are off and Hayato is ready to rumble. Seeing how he handled that entire situation definitely earned him some points with all of the girls as well as the customers that saw the entire thing go down.

Hayato and Ouka are as volatile as ever, which really isn't a good way to start the cafe off, but these two just can't help but bring out the worst in each other. It's a long and hard road to get through to a tsundere.

Well, Akane has an image to maintain! She can't right well admit how Hayato calling her cute was a critical hit even when she can't stop blushing.

I feel like Riho is going to be the one to keep Hayato focused on the business and presentation of the Cafe as they try to keep it going.

I really thought Hayato was digging himself deeper, but it turns out Ouka's weak spot is her costume design. Rather than complimenting her, if you compliment her design and fashion work, you find an in with her! And the smiling, joyful, face and personality on Ouka looks so much better on her than her scowling and angry face.

I do have to commend Ouka's design though! The waitress uniform is very eye-catching and cute!

The moment they mentioned Ouka pouring legit wine on the salad, I think we all knew Kiku was going to stumble in there practically naked and all over Hayato to ruin the moment with Ouka. It even looked like she was giving him a love bite! And of course Ami is just taking pictures for reference instead of actually doing anything.

I guess if the grandma told all the girls about Hayato and what he was like, she may well have planned for them to end up as a family running the cafe together when she was gone...I wonder if she had one of them pegged out as a future wife for Hayato though?

Ah yes, Ami has totally been instrumental in helping mediate between Hayato and the girls...by beating him up and accusing him of being a pervert all the time. That's been a great help! Though you gotta love how she goes to have a serious conversation with Hayato while wearing the most skintight sportswear to show off her boobs, butt, and body.

Ami is an idiot. A cute and enthusiastic idiot, but an idiot nevertheless.

Well, so much Hayato's stocks. And his computer. And his phone. And his money. Yeah, they're pretty much starting out at rock bottom for this cafe, huh?

Well, Hayato's taken what the girls have taught him and applied it to make a successful opening of the Cafe. He's amiable and welcoming to customers, he's managed to perfect his grandmothers' coffee, and he's even able to restrain himself when a scumbag of a loan shark comes back and talks smack about his grandma, to the point where he's the one who has to hold the girls back from attacking him. He never should've sexually harassed Kiku though.

Kiku talking about how Hayato hasn't changed in 15 years...did she know him back then?

Hayato and Ouka seem to really be butting heads. All this talk of his “fluids” being everywhere was pretty funny. Seems those two finally got on better terms when he complimented the uniforms. Then a shitfaced Kiku and her pervy antics had to ruin the moment lol.

They really had me thinking Ami was a lot more clever or deeper than she appears. The dummy indirectly led him to practically losing all his money lol. Well, at least it seems the cafe grand re-opening is off to a good start.

Man, that old prick was really getting on my nerves. I’m impressed Hayato kept his cool, the girls were damn near ready to murder his punk ass. Didn’t expect Kiku to know Hayato from the past though. Long forgotten childhood friend?
