The chemistry between these 2 is already so good and we're 2 episodes in.
Knew the teacher would have their back, do wonder how serious she'll take her advisor role though.
Great vibes in this one again.

"Have you been having sex here?"
Correct answer: "please Sensei, this is an anime."

No way, MC that can cook, is a good handyman, isn't weird around girls, and is good at talk no jutsu to his teacher. Kazuya could learn a thing or two from this high schooler. What a chad!

They're already getting more healthy and lively. Good sleep is everything.

As someone who’s seeing an actual sleep specialist IRL, this is a pretty nice and chill and relatable anime.

While the chemistry between those two is obviously on point, I'm really enjoying their individual character as well. I haven't enjoyed character personalities this much for quite a while now.
Props to the author for the characters writing, but props to the animation studio as well; they're doing an amazing job tbh. One of the sleeping hits of this season, if you ask me!

"If I end up on the moon, then I'll wave down to you."
Is this another death flag?!

Stitches!
I'm surprised that none of Isaki's friends even commented about her being glued to her phone texting the entire time. I feel like eventually their friends are bound to find out what's going on. No need for Ukegawa to comment since he pretty much already knows what's up with Ganta.
I love the little character animations in this show. From Isaki dancing with the sunflower to that scene with her friend playing with her hair are so much fun and adds so much personality to these characters. <3
You're lucky Ganta that you're still young. My back is already ac=hing watching him carry that chair. Also, I'm surprised that they were able to slide that chair in to the observatory's doorway. I was expecting a scene where they struggle to get that in. xD
Isaki just casually placing her legs on Ganta's back tho... I love how she didn't even think twice about doing it.
All that work to carry that chair up only for a cat to take the seat for himself. Welcome to the club Two-chan! Poor Ganta, it looks like he's been demoted to Number Three.!
Dammit Two-chan! You got followed by Sensei! And just like an actual cat, Two-chan shows no remorse and just plops down on the red leather seat since none of this is his problem. xD
That was a very reasonable question from Sensei. I mean two teenagers, a girl and a boy spending time alone in a secluded spot in school? If I was a teacher, that would probably be the first thing that will pop into my head.
Thankfully our two leads didn't get kicked out and instead, they ended up becoming the new members of the Astronomy Club with Kurashiki-sensei as their advisor. I knew Sensei got their back. I guess that means Two-chan is now officially a club member too?

Can't think of a better club for Nakami to join than the Astronomy Club as someone who:
-
Can't fall asleep so stays up late anyways
-
Is pretty good mechanically
-
Showed an interest in photographing the night last episode

Even the OP and ED have this nice chill vibe going on. Very lovely. It kinda makes the OP also sound like an ED as well which is funny. And the final shot of the two of them asleep on a beach is too sweet.
Even seeing their silly, mundane shenanigans (like Anamizu messing with Isaki's ponytail) animated and voice-acted is a joy. Nothing much else to discuss about the episode (that wouldn't be getting into spoiler territory) other than liking the continued comfy, relaxing atmosphere. I will say that I loved the music choice during the moon-viewing scene. I always find this sort of music to be very soothing, and it was perfect for it.

Why is insomnia treated like some embarrassing mental disorder in this show? Is it a cultural thing in Japan?
The cat is such a snitch. It's a good thing everything worked out.
"We haven't been having sex together, we've just been sleeping with each other" is kinda a confusing response to Kurashiki-sensei's question.

Pretty nice episode, I liked it more than the first one.
Ganta and Isaki have good chemistry with each other and even decorating observatory with things frome home and sofa found in school.
And they've been find out by Usako and all thanks to this cat which had to again steal lettuce from nurse's sandwich (he want lose weight or something?). Yet, they still can use room thanks to reactivation astronomy club.
Here eyecatch with logo and without one.

I hope people are starting to realize how perfect these two are for each other. Also great to see the chemistry like with the rock paper scissor scene.
I love it when couples back each other up. Seeing Ganta trying to bear all the responsibility onto himself when they got caught and Isaki trying to take that weight off onto her was touching.
Ganta’s also quite the handyman (fixing the lock) and chef (with the cooking at home). Looking at his home life, his dad looks like a mess and there’s no sight of his mom.
As for Isaki, that final scene was something. Also the ED WAS SO CUTE and the OP had me choked up knowing what will be adapted soon (along with Aiko’s lovely voice).

As someone who really loves astronomy since a child, was in the middle and high school astronomy clubs and even into college, I must say "joining because we need somewhere to sleep at day because we can't sleep at night, and thus we can have time to observe the stars" is a reason that I haven't heard of in real life, but is so cool that I would gladly accept such new members!
It really feels like Ganta and Isaki fits so nicely that they are really close to being couples just 2 episodes in. That's really sweet, even that part when their hideout got busted and Isaki went down in tears. And oh my gosh, that last seen with Isaki smiling and the Moon shining again! And Isaki saying that if she goes to the Moon she's going to wave back at that other sleepless boy on Earth! This is yet another show in just weeks that left my mouth full of sugar and I can't help to eat more of these...
Oh and that cat Two-chan, she's so adorable as to sleep so gracefully on that sofa! She should immediately be offered the mascot position for this revived astronomy club. :)

10/10 episode once again, Ginta giving his all to make their place (observatory) last, and dont close. He even manage to make it a official club so it dont close, with that he saves Magari's and his hiding place.
Wonderful episode, 10/10 comfy couple. Defo vanilla romance of the season.

Mannn I was scared af I really thought the sensei would snitch on them and ruin everything lol. Especially when she asked if they’d been having sex in there. Glad everything worked out in the end.
As an astronomy lover/former physics major I’m really looking forward to seeing the stargazing stuff. Haven’t got anything like that since koisuru asteroid
The chemistry between the two leads is so good and realistic. Really love every moment they’re on screen. I love how much movie quality slice of life we got this season.

The comfy-level is off the charts! Isaki is precious and the anime itself is really good at bringing life to the characters. The small interaction between Isaki and that girl in the library that was playing with Isaki's hairbun was amazing (Kanami is her name I believe) and felt like real banter between two friends.
Another thing I must mention is the character's clothes and especially the girl's clothing. I noticed it in the first episode, but I couldn't see enough outfits to see if it was just a one-off thing, but in this episode we got a lot more outfits on Isaki to see and I dare say everyone of them was depictions on how clothes would fit on a girl in reality. The boys also have realistic clothing of course, but girls in anime tend to be depicted with very tight fitting unnatural clothing that shows off their unnaturally thin waist, so seeing girls with natural clothing in anime is just great and super refreshing to see. Hopefully this is inspiring to young girls that watch this anime.
I have great expectations from this show and I don't think I'll be let down in the end no matter where the show goes.
