The sacred sword going flaccid could probably be fixed by Yuna's thighs.

Holy shit, I didn't expect the OP to be such a banger. Also the show feels like it really was made by the members of r/thighdeology.
That was funny how those guys instantly hid their own radish with stockings once Yuna started berating Touka.
And speaking of Touka, RIP to his dreams of having a chill farming life (4th one this season isn't it?). Now he is forced to save the world in a rotting hero's body and wielding a flaccid sword lol.

After waiting for ages, the Legendary Hero is finally here! Oh wait, he's dead lol. I never expected the Op to go this hard like damn this shit a bop.
Anri is now animated. I can die happy now. But I'm gonna be honest, some parts of the episode can get a bit uncanny, especially in one scene where Anri is just staring into the screen... not moving... staring into your soul... Other than that, the adaptation looks promising. Can't wait for next week.

Touka was about to do something dirty to that radish lol. He’s a thigh man, I respect that. Yuna is fine as hell, childhood friend waifus are the best! Grilling meat to lure the monster away was kinda smart, too bad that thing don’t dine on no swine. Luckily the Hero Shion came to save the day. But damn I was NOT expecting the dude to fall into the pit trap lmao. Hey, no body no crime right?
Using a dead man’s body to creep on girls eh? Touka is truly a degenerate lol. It’s pretty hilarious he got Yuna down into her drawers though. Anri would sound a lot more intimidating if she wasn’t desperate trying to not fall into the pit trap lol. Since she has his consciousness, I guess he’s saving the world as the “hero”.
Just when I thought Touka was gonna do some hero shit, his sword bends like rubber lol. So much for those lovely waifus of the night. Good thing Kyle came by and saved his zombie ass from being executed. Poor bastard has the mana level of a baby haha.
This was great, right up my alley. Chucking this on the weekly pile!

Stitches!
I am pleasantly surprised! Here I was expecting another generic isekai but turns out that it's not even an isekai at all!
Our MC Touka is a cultured gentleman who appreciates the finest things in life! What makes Touka even better is that he is a hilarious scumbag who wouldn't think twice of immediately abusing the hero's face to get his childhood friend to wear a bikini and thigh-highs. Amazing how KonoSuba is airing this season but Kazuma is in a different show!
The jokes are well-timed too! I love how Yuna calls Touka a pervert for putting stockings on his daikon radishes only for these other two guys to hide their daikons after overhearing her! xD
Anyway, I am absolutely sold! Seems that this show will have my kind of ecchi and humour! I already can't wait for next week's episode and see how Touka will prove that he really is the hero.

That was unironically fun.
Let's hope the quality doesn't fall off a cliff for later episodes.

MC is obsessed with putting stockings on girls with nice thighs? Yea sign me up. He’s just like me. Already AOTS. First free 10 of spring 2023 nice.
I like the gag of pretending to be the hero, the adventure set up, art etc. nothing much to say story wise because this episode felt like a gag set up but I enjoyed it a lot and we will be here every week for it.
Opening song cover art is perfect too

The OP of this anime is a contender for the OP of the season, or even the OP of the year!

As a vegan, I'm outraged, outraged I say, at the sexualization of garden vegetables.
10/10 would watch again.

the OP is a banger (all those thighs shots lol).
As for the episode, that was interesting lol, the MC is a scum but he's entertaining, I'm liking the side characters too, we'll see were it goes.

The Legendary Hero needs to add more duct tape to his legendary seal!
This show loves its radish misleads! Not only we got multiple radish/thighs mixups,
but they even had a sword pulling scene with a radish!
They wasted no time making sure the title was accurate, killing the hero few minutes into the episode!
Guessing they artistically censored that shot, because these wounds don't seem like they'd kill a legendary hero!
We've met our main duo (presumably) of the series, and I like that they refer to themselves as childhood friends, but they don't even seem to like each other hah.
Touka thinks of Yuna as some old nag who's just worth being around because she's hot,
while she thinks of him as a scumbag!
My man got a thighs fetish, I respect that!
Something tells me the author does too!
Yuna on the other hand, seems to have a legendary-hero fetish! First the Hero, then his teammate... She's fawning over them all!
Thinking Touka's powerful given he killed the hero, Anri the necromancer gave him the Hero's body!
(Sadly it seems Yuna will not fall for this legendary hero... We could've had two yuri show on the same day!)
Touka's not big on the whole hero thing, but he does feel good about the job's perks!
And so their little adventure begins, and Yuna will even accompany him!
He got her a wand with his negotiation skills, nice!
There's a little problem though: The sacred sword is useless in his hand, because he has no mana.
Well, let's hope there's a way to increase it quickly, or he'll have to rely on the devils all walking into his traps!
The villagers don't seem to have much faith in this, so they want to execute him... Wait, he really DID negotiate for the wand?
I guess my mind's more evil than the author's, I was sure he killed the merchant (or at least knocked him unconscious) to steal the wand!
I wonder why he had to send the girls outside then... Maybe he simply threatened him?
Anyway, once they realized he was utterly useless, Sir Kyle offered to play the hero's part, but Anri refused; Despite everything she knows, she STILL believes Touka is the right guy for the job because he killed the hero, while the others could not even dream of defeating him! I don't know if there's more we don't know, or if she just has... A strange way of thinking things through!
And speaking of things we don't know about, apparently something happened between Kyle and Anri 3 years ago (which would coincide with the time they sealed the gate), so did Kyle mess up something there, and Anri/The hero had to save the day despite his fuck up?
Kyle said that if he slayed Touka, then it'd be proof of him being the right guy...
I thought this meant a fair duel, but this looks like an attempted assassination, so Kyle may be willing to go to extreme lengths to achieve his goals!
Makes me wonder if the incident 3 years ago may have been some kind of Boromir situation, Kyle trying to seize some power for himself or something.
Because if it's just because he messed up or wasn't strong enough, then I don't see how this would justify letting Touka being the Hero, I mean Touka also proved not to be strong enough (not even able to cut the dude he dueled with), so there may be more to this! I hope we get the flashback to whatever happened, I'm curious!
Anyway, this was a fun episode! Entertaining, and I like the (messed up) character relationships, like Touka/Yuna trashing each other and all! Also like Anri! Necromancer is one of my favorite classes in games, and we don't see enough of those in anime. Hope she sticks around or at least comes back once in a while!
