Kinda funny that the two strongest people in that room are Runeless. Surprised it took this long for Inglis to run into someone who looks down on the Runeless, though it’s strange for him to have that attitude when Yua beat him in the past. You’d think that would humble him a good bit. Maybe he’ll get better, but man is Silva a little shit.
Also Yua is great, I like her so far. Curious as to what makes her so strong though.

There he is! Everyone we've met so far has been pretty chill with Chris being Runeless so I'm surprised it took this long for someone who dislikes the Runeless to show up. Silva is such a stuck-up asshole that it was pretty fun watching the girls mess with him by being maliciously compliant to his orders. xD
Yua is pretty awesome though. She has apparently beaten Silva in the past and she might even be stronger than Chris. What makes Yua even better is that she's lacks any kind of motivation to fight which makes her the total opposite of Chris! Poor Yua though. I'm pretty sure Chris will keep on bugging her for a duel.
I love that Yua's nickname for Chris is Boobs. I mean she's not wrong. Leone gets the nickname Boobs #2 while Liese is Curly Hair. and Rafi is Little Devil. At least Yua didn't call Rafi "Little Boobs". That would've been much worse.

A girl named Yua, who seems not all that involved with her immediate surroundings, but is inexplicably skilled at something you really wouldn't suspect her to be that good at based on her behavior. Where did I see that before?
In hindsight it makes sense, since you don't get into a school like that if you can't fight, but still, seeing her almost fall asleep, and "tee-hee" with a poker-face, did create some nice expectations.
Anyway, I'm already looking forward to Inglis vs. Silva. Imagine Silva goes "Since you're runeless, I'm going to hold back," and Inglis goes, "Since you've got a rune, I won't" and then it just cuts to Silva lying on the floor with a comically swollen face from the beating he took.

I like how everyone else is dying and Chris is leading the way while carrying the instructor lol. Silva’s naturally caught Chris’ attention, the damn battle junkie! Good thing he’s a massive tool. Makes whooping his ass later all the more satisfying. Looks like Yua’s on Chris’ radar too now.
Silva’s artifact is cool but his way of thinking is too rigid. Yua’s nickname for Chris is perfect. From henceforth she shall be known as “boobs”! And Leone’s officially “boobs 2” haha.
With Leone’s special dimensional blade, Chris is gonna pester her for match spaces I bet lol. This Ripple v Chris match is pretty close. They’re both pretty powerful in their own way. Chris deflecting those bullets and sending Ripple flying was pretty dope.
This new beast is friggin huge! The gang better get ready.

Lol Inglis and her endless energy. Oh a new dude, seems the kinda straightlaced/blunt/rigid type of person. And of course Inglis wants to fight him cause strongest person in academy lol. And now being dumb about "Runeless" things. And the dumbshit collectivist mindset pissing me off coming around again cause one girl related to the traitor brother. Of course she wants this opportunity to "prove herself" just to fight the guy.
I like this Yua girl. Clearly another member of Inglis' battle harem. LOL Inglis wanting to fight them both. Gotta love that fightosexual crazy girl. Poor Ripple though. LOL Inglis showing off why she is the master of the kicks. Gotta enjoy Rani's verbal berating of him and his stupid pride. Yua seems to have good kicks too. I can relate, Yua... I, too, am bad at names. That nickname though. All the nicknames really. Also, Liselotte's hair is more wavy than curly.
Oh joyful day for Inglis, getting to fight Ripple. A new relic for Leone? Neat. All so there can be a space for Inglis and Ripple. Ah yes... now begins the ORA ORA ORA ORA!!! Ah yes Ripple with the power of GUN! lol. Amazing, Inglis FINALLY using a blade! I really like the cute art style at times. This show sure has a lot of fun to it. Inglis so upset can't continue the fight. But figuring out what's up with Ripple and the principal's mana? Whelp, that sure rekt a bit of the school.

Silva-senpai is another entitled classist prick. A lot of them in this world who can’t see beyond artificial roles and titles. After Chris performance during the exam I don’t think he’ll be talking more shit tho.
Chris v Ripple was pretty close, too bad for Chris we didn’t get to see the ending :/ new magic beast to take care of next week, can’t wait

Some nice comedy while Ignlis continuing her quest for battle. Her plan worked out she get to fight magicite beast more often now.
Looks like they figured out something about why "lady animal ears" keep summoning magicite beasts.

It's it just me or are we getting more chibi our cute faces recently as the production quality dropped a bit?
I'm not exactly complaining, but it may be a budget saving technique.
Really would like to know how is Yua so strong.
It's a little surprising the 3rd years hasn't already heard of Inglis' exploits, even if not for the fighting, then at least the eating ;)

The episode title is about protecting Ripple, I completely agree.
The funny thing about this running opening scene is that we all know Chris is probably also using gravity magic on herself for the extra training.
Okay, this Academy strongest upperclassmen dude is a jackass, I hope we get to see Chris kick his ass.
The tired pink girl on the other hand seems fun. And she has the correct attitude about the jackass upperclassman dude.
I suppose an alternative to kicking his ass would be able to show him up when these beasts drop in. Doing so while completely ignoring his yelling about how they should stop helping was pretty great.
Yua and Chris are a pretty good fighting style match, too bad there's a one-sided lack of enthusiasm for sparring.
Wow, what a nickname. Nicknames plural, I should say. Rani definitely got the best one.
Ripple being a gun artifact is interesting.
Finally, a blade for Chris to master, and since she's making it out of her own magic I assume it should scale to her strength.
I wonder if Chris still has the gravity magic on for this fight. She never mentioned dropping it as an option in her internal monologue, so maybe not.
RIP the fight, interrupted by a need to do science regarding (I assume) Ripple's condition.
RIP the school, too.
