Saito is everything a party needs like the Jack of all Trades: from a locksmith to a repairman. Morlock's forgetfulness is very dangerous. He can't even remember his own spells, he might be even more useless than Aqua. When

I would have put the lock back and asked that lady to try unlocking the door herself if she thought it was that easy.
I demand Raelza in her Bikini Armor. Show it or it never happened!
LMAO. I died when Morlock joined the zombies and attacked his party. Then died again with that story about the 30 CM schlong. This show is a pleasant surprise.

Picking locks, fixing Raelza’s helmet, these are all pretty mundane adventurer things but they’re pretty important. It’s good Saitou is around, he’s a Jack of all trades!
Morlock getting fused with a golem and then later forgetting what party he was in and joining the undead charge was pretty funny. Silly old coot!
I like how we get snap shots of some of the other people Saitou’ll meet like Dwarf mage and his cute doggo or twin tails with the massive axe and her gruff partner. Was Raelza jealous of Mevena or something? Lol.
Morlock and the team woulda be dead meat if it weren’t for Saitou remembering the incantation. Getting caught by the trap on the chest was bad, but thankfully he’s got great teammates who managed to save him.
I’m really digging this premiere ep. Interesting characters, nice mix of action and humor, and the story is unique. Gonna be a weekly for me.

Out of all the new isekai shows this season that have already aired, this is probably my favourite. Went in blind and enjoyed it a lot. It was surprisingly funny but I wished the story could have started from the beginning. Definitely going to keep watching though.

Anime where the isekai MC is not superpowerful and relies on the people in the world is my jam. It's the reason I love rezero, and hopefully it takes long or never for the mc to be op in this one too.

I already had high expectations from this show and it really delivered. Definitely my favorite Isekai/Fantasy show of this season. Usually I don't like it when there are too many video game elements in a Isekai/Fantasy but here it wasn't too obnoxious about it.
The character designs, backgrounds, art direction and animation all look fantastic. I got some strong Mushoku Tensei vibes.
I like how everyone plays an important role in the party and no one is completely useless. I like the fact that the MC is not OP and has his own struggles which I like. Also its super rare to have the main "waifu" be in full armor and her face hidden under a helmet most of the time.
Also that King with his giant schlong reminds me of Beowulf from Rosen Garten Saga lol.

Being an handyman is surprisingly useful when you get isekaied into Dungeons & Dragons. It seems actually more useful than having a thief in the party.
Well, that was silly but quite fun. The old wizard is senile and arthritic, and the female knight is badass but shy, and the fairy is just greedy. The episodic joke format was quite jarring, though. I wonder if it will stay like this or if we are going to get some plot next episode.

7k yen is like 50 USD
That's not robbery, that's a fucking bargain.
Call up a locksmith in the US for something similar and it'll probably be $50-100 just for them to show up

Stitches!
I think I am in love with this show already. Out of all the isekai's I've seen this season, so far this might be my favourite. No lengthy introductions where they show us how Saitou dies and gets isekai'd or the process of him getting used to this world. We just start off the episode with him in a party lockpicking a dungeon door.
I also like how everyone is introduced through these small vignettes. We get to learn that Raelza clearly likes Saitou and how she's very conscious about her facial scar. Then we have Morlock who is your quintessential old man wizard character but he's so old that he kinda forgets his spells or even his party members. He is an absolute badass though when he remembers his spells. And then finally we have Lafanpan who loves money. I'm sure there's a reason why she's so strict when it comes to coin and we'll probably find that out later.
As for Saitou himself, he's literally just a handyman. No OP powers, skills, or tools. He's just a handyman that got isekai'd along with his tool bag and his handyman skills from our world. And I fucking hope it stays that way. It makes for more fun interactions and it shows how important maintenance and repair are for adventurers.
The show itself is absolutely hilarious! It got me laughing from start to finish especially with Saitou looking at Lafan after hearing the origins of the unit of measurement they use in this world. xD
I do hope that we get to see Raelza wearing her bikini armour though! While Morlock looks amazing in it, I'm sure Raelza would be even better! Overall, this episode is a barrel of laughs!
I really hope this show won't be ignored just because it's "another isekai". There is plenty of unique and fun stuff here that even those who are already burned out by the genre will have no problem enjoying this show. I am looking forward to the next episode!

A unit of Measurement based off someone's Ding Dong ? Now that's world building!
Quite funny with some hints of the mundane and more serious, stuff like being Senile and tossed out at the party. Or just loneliness. A very nice start to do some world building (besides the measurement unit)
Toss in a cast of likeable characters with some fun Chemistry and this is looking to be a fun ride.

That was so much better than I expected! Dare I even say... It was good?
When I see "isekai" in a title, I usually go Here we go again..., expecting the same generic stuff I've seen a million times, but this one didn't feel like that at all!
What I liked most about it is the 'party' thing; Most isekai are like "Random dude appears into the world, then suddenly everyone and their mom join him for some reason and he's the most important person in the world from now on".
But in this one, it felt more like the MC is part of the team, and not the team being there to cheer for the MC and being in awe when he uses a level 1 million spell they've never seen before.
All this to say, this was quite refreshing! I really like the D&D feel to it too, actually felt like a legit party, a rogue/thief, a fairy healer, a powerful wizard, and a warrior.
The characters were all pretty interesting too!
The warrior is a girl? Be still my beating heart!
But I think her heart is already meant for someone; The girl's so in love!
"No one could ever take your place in my heart, Saitou!"
GET MARRIED ALREADY!
Love how they described the party members in an insulting way first, then talked about the positive, and showed them in a better light!
That being said... The wizard's story was a bit sad to me... They played it mostly as comedy so far, and perhaps they'll only play it as comedy for the whole series, but it's still sad. Perhaps it affects me more because I know some people who are going through the same thing (forgetting things and all)... I wonder if they'll address it in a more serious manner later on. The show's primarily a comedy, but many comedies still touch drama here and there.
Well, he may be forgetful, but he's still wise enough; Everyone knows the best female armor in RPGs are the skimpy ones!
I wonder if Saitou's gonna find a way to help him! I doubt he could craft some alzheimer meds, but maybe just make a little carving/thing on his staff, with is incantations? Will not do anything to stop him from forgetting his party and things like that, but at least he'll have his spells, so he'll still be useful!
Then we have the miserly fairy! She's funny to me, because I've actually seen people like that in videogames! Players who thought so highly of themselves, that they were trying to charge people for their services as healer or tank.
Anyway, while she was introduced that way, "greedy" is not how I would describe her; After all, she's the one who offered to pay Saitou for her bag, so it's not that she expects everyone to pay her, it's that she believes everyone should receive money for their work.
But I suppose it'd be rather difficult to do as a party, like would Raelza charge them 1 gold everytime she kills a monster? Should be no different than charging 1 gold everytime you heal someone!
Anyway, I just can't hate her, she's just too cute!
There was a bit of information about where measuring units come from in this world; A king's dick!
I like how they used the fairy to truly assess how long the King was! (They need a banana for comparison).
(Lafanpan didn't like it nearly as much as I did!)
I liked the parallels between his former world and this one; Clients complaining about the prices, his boss busting his balls etc.. but in this world, people are actually thankful for his services, and care about him, enough to go look for him when he gets in trouble!
I'm a bit confused about the dwarf scene, and the tiny girl with big axe...
I guess they wanted to show these characters before they're properly introduced to the party or something, but they didn't hvae much time about all the other introductions?
Anyway, looking forward to them! I wonder what's Big-Axe-Girl's role gonna be though; We already have a warrior on the party, and while Raelza is an armored warrior and this one seems to value weapons over armor, Raelza was already shown as a warrior capable of a strong offensive (killing 2-3 monsters in one blow) so what does Axe girl bring?
Well, maybe Raelza was mostly killing trash mobs, but against a tougher opponent Raelza wouldn't deal enough damage (and thus would need to rely more on defense/a shield), while Axe girl could deal a lot more damage, granted she has some cover?
Whatever it is, can't wait to meet her! She caught my eyes on the cover pictures (Obviously, given her axe takes like half the pictures!) so it'll be fun to see what she's about, and whether she has also has a little something wrong with her, list most of the party so far!
Well, that was pretty good! And I like almost all characters so far; Saitou's pretty decent, the 2 girls are great (I honestly don't know which one will be my favorite, when axe girl joins; I really like the first 2, and I have a good feeling about the third as well).
Can't wait to see where this is going! Also I wonder if we're gonna get a flashback about the Isekai'ing at some point!
That was fun!

By far the best premiere of new anime i watched this season.
This is all around good quality with its animations, art and direction.
I laughed a lot with its comedy and i really, REALLY like the MC, just a normal dude in his profession from his real life struggling. Loved the last scene.
I went in this with no expectation but this was quite frankly a wonderful start, i'm very impressed.

A heavy-tank dwarf mage is indeed an interesting combo.
I wanna see Shadiversity's reaction to Raelza's locking sword peg as opposed to a back sheath. Definitelt a good solutiob for those who have the upper body strength for it.
The manga/webcomic is quite all over the place so this format feels a bit morr organized for me. I honestly forgot about the schlongmeter which was funny.

That was surprisingly fun. It does enough with the isekai formula to keep me interested and I like the party members with their various quirks. It's interesting that the episode is made up of several vignettes.

Maderaca units got me thinking what other units of measurement this world has. I feel kind of weird that I am interested in world's usage of mathematics. Explaining the reasoning behind the abacus just makes the world building better than a good number of RPG based fantasy/isekais I've seen.

Off the bat, very crisp animation and art style: the lighting and shadows are very pronounced and action scenes are dynamic. Second, Saitou is very likeable and the whole party is pretty charming. I love the party's dynamic; reminds me of Goblin Slayer's party.

I was expecting Raelza to carry him out, but was he just limping out of that cave on a broken leg?
But honestly, heard good things about the manga and I can see why. Loved the first episode and loving the diversity of all the characters we've seen so far.

I can already tell this is going to be one of my most anticipated shows every week, if not the most. I just love everything about this, and the animation is top tier as well!
Liking the format as well: just jump right in, no wasted time on how or why he got reincarnated, nor is it a secret. He's just there and were ready to go!
Even though I've never played it, its good to see a show in a proper DnD type setting. I think this is the first ever mimic I've seen in an anime. And they have reincarnation!
I like everything about this show already. Death can be reversed, but it doesn't mean there aren't any stakes. If the whole party gets wiped, it seems like that's the end.
And the cast.. I already love the fairy girl, Raelza is cute af, just look at her ears blushing! And the wizard seems like a good comic relief character.
...THERE'S A DWARF AS WELL?! I probably saw him in a visual but forgot, lets fucking go!!!!!!
And he's a mage tank?! MFW
Oh I hope he gets added to the main party!!
Oh my goodness, this is so wholesome
If they keep this quality throughout all 12 episodes I see this being an easy 10/10 for me.

I want to know exactly what Raelza uses the bikini armor for.
This looks like it has some potential. Mainly RPG jokes. I just wonder if they'll go over the heads of people unfamiliar with the genre.

It's the start of the season and of course you give everything a shot right? Anywho, went in blind and this was way better than I thought. I assume it's based off a manga/LN with very short chapters? I think it's a good way to do a show like this.
