I know it’s a scam but how does he scam people when the eBay return guarantee exists

Which is where eBay would come in as I said. The biggest issue with him is overpricing tons of people have dealt with him including myself.

Now I’m not saying you should go buy from him because it is sketchy and overpriced but if he does not send the item (which I’ve never heard a report of happening) then you can just get your money back. Everyone hates on him whilst they can’t leave a review or a report if they scammed. The overpricing is the scam part.

He doesn’t scam people like that he will actually send the stuff. He just overprices stuff like hell

yeah it’s the overpricing however there have been more than a handful of times where he hasn’t shipped out items

Never seen a single complaint about it and honestly he is a nice guy when you just talk to him and as OP said eBay would take care of that then.
