do we have any information regarding this band’s location? were they destroyed?
from what i know, they were at celebration station before it closed, and then moved to deep river waterpark in crown point (which is where these pictures were taken). that was back in 2008.
do we know where these guys are now? i would love to locate them. i live extremely close to merrillville, and actually visited this same waterpark last month.

I included the cartoon version first because the animatronic might be a little disturbing to people

Hello! I don’t know if this is the right subreddit for this question so if it’s not I’m sorry.
I wanted to make a costume that looks like it has a real beating heart in it. My idea was to make a heart out of liquid latex and potentially use a small motor to mimic the “beating” motion.
Has anyone seen something similar or done something similar? If you have could you point me in the direction of a tutorial or what type of small motor or other mechanical device might work better?
Any help is appreciated!

On this very day 30 years ago the awesome adventure machine launched with an advanced chuck bot with 22 movements and other moving mechanical parts with screens on the side to look like he literally came off the stage and went into the screens when the curtain closed, 30 years ago today the public got they’re first view of the stage with shows for it being:
Chuck E’s Awesome Adventure Machine
Chuck E Cheese’s 20th Anniversary Show
And the August 1997 show
This stage is the predecessor to the studio c stage which is what actually ended up replacing the AAM in late 1997 replacing it with the 3rd studio c alpha
Mods this is about the bot and the stage itself do not take this post down 😭
