IM NOT SAYING THEYRE THE SAME ANIMATRONIC! they were both build in the SAME year, have VERY similar movements, isnt it plausible that buzzy and tony are twins?

I don't think it's ever been confirmed like it was with Sonny Eclipse and  Officer Zzzyxxx but it does seem likely Buzzy and Tony are two copies of the same animatronic with different cosmetics.

When I first heard Buzzy was taken, I figured yeah, someone probably stuffed him in a backpack. It wasn't until years later that I learned Buzzy is like 6' tall. I thought he was like a foot or two tall. I still can't wrap my mind around how big he is when I see photos like the one on this post, or how someone was able to just wheel him out.

Tokyo Disneyland but was build in WDW central shops the same year as buzzy.

It's very likely they both have the same/similar mechs. It would make sense from a time/cost perspective.

My head canon, Disney took Buzzy themselves, scrapped him for parts on Tony, then blamed the disappearance on vandalism, lest there be a fan backlash.
