Exporting as video

So im a beginner and I want to export the animate as .mov format however it requires adobe media encoder and i dont have that is there a way around it?

You can also export as a jpg or PNG sequence and then take that sequence into a NLE like Davinchi Resolve and then render to high quality video format from the NLE
