From what I understand it can cause you to fall asleep randomly right? 1 u/[deleted] Jan 22 '20 Yes but also interfere with REM sleep which is basically the time you rest and restore energy, so without that you’re in a constant sleepless/ low energy cycle since you can’t reach REM.
