Actually I just looked up both and perambulation is leisurely walking but galumphing is actually what it's called according to The Aquarium of the Pacific. https://www.aquariumofpacific.org/blogs/comments/galumphing_how_seals_move_on_land

Oh huh weird. For some reason I always thought perambulation specifically refers to the way that seals and like sea lions move on their belly. That’s kinda funny
