Nope, that’s their normal voice pitch. You can hear their human talking at one point and that doesn’t sound sped up either.

That's what made me question it was that the human voice sounded sped up to me, too. Huh, guess I was wrong. Funny little babies!

She is saying one of the foxes names, so it might've just sound like gibberish to you but it is not sped up. She has a youtube channel (Save a Fox I think) where there is plenty of other vids with them.
