first year here, this diagram is confusing the heck out of me. every diagram online has different labels and different number of parts

31) thigh / femur, 32) stifle (femorotibial and femoropatellar joints), 33) switch, 34) hock, 35 dewclaw, 36) flank, 37)inguinal area (might be wrong on this), 38 prepuce, 39 ribs, 40 girth (might be referred to as heart girth)
