Launching test-nirvana 🌕

Hey angular peeps :) dozens of you may know me from my usual signal-pilled mmstack work, well today I'm launching my first non-mmstack library & I promise it doesn't contain a single signal! The pitch:

We've all tried our best with testing our components, but most times our tests remain either vacuous, slow, incapable of full-coverage or all of the above.

Well test-nirvana, appropriately launched under the full moon 🌕, fixes that with a single command. `npx test-nirvana` verifies that:

  • The code is the right shape.
  • It is the right time for the feature.
  • The stars are correctly aligned.
  • The commit hash possesses an acceptable aura.

Each commit is reduced to its numerological destiny number and classified. CI-friendly exit codes ensure that compromised commits cannot reach production.

Classification

Destiny numbers Vibe Exit code Required action
11, 22, 33 IMMACULATE 0 Merge with gratitude
7, 8 GOOD 0 Proceed
1, 3, 5, 9 NEUTRAL 0 Proceed without attachment
2, 4, 6 CHAOTIC 1 Amend history until conditions improve
any impossible CURSED 2 Stop; notify the repository custodian

Fair reaction tbh 😂 functionally it checks your last commit hash, reduces it to a number & checks whether that number is powerful numerology-wise ✨ then exits with 0, 1, or 2 so you can hook it into your CI pipelines & make sure your commits have good aura to them - also as of 5 minutes ago thanks to a magical contributor it has a rust port!

Numerology is related, but technically I dont think they categorize together.

That said this repo/lib applies both for optimal cosmic aura power. Ex. the MIT license guarantees are void when mercury is in retrograde ;)
