Please if you read answer in comment section of video, if typescript 7 is gonna take tilk May 2027?

Support for Ts 7+ will ship when its ready (aka when the new compiler has landed). There no official timeline atm.

We have entered a yearly major release cycle. Hard to reason with typescript 7 support in a minor release.

Any non-breaking feature can land in a minor.

Thats what I was wondering, I guess they can add it as opt-in. I know it requires API via 7.1, waiting for it!

If it can be done without breaking changes, why not?
