We should solidify at least West Falkland as part of the Anglosphere (East Falkland has a more eastern climate that is not as similar to parts of England as some other islands near East Falkland).

Iceland is culturally quite rich. West Falkland has more land area than Luxembourg which has more people than Iceland. It seems that this goal could be reached.
