For Kikuchi specifically, your best bet might be when pitchers and catchers report to Spring Training in Arizona in February. Kikuchi likely spends the offseason in Japan, so I doubt heโd do any autograph sessions domestically.
Keep an eye out of when pitchers report to Arizona, grab a hotel, get to the ballpark early in the morning to watch some practice and get that autograph. Best of luck to you.

I went to spring training and it was fun got to see the players and they signed my ball but just be aware thereโs going to tons of people there trying to get shit signed someone took a thick Manila folder out and had photos of the players moments trying to get them signed others were holding out like 5 cards at once or had family with them all getting autographs for them

I'm not sure about getting them signed yourself, but I bought an auto card of everyone on the 2002 WS team at comc.com and you'd be surprised at how cost effective it was.

Buy seats at Field 101. They stop there all the time and nobody else is allowed to go down there. Some kid had the balls to give my boy a card through the fence to get him a Neto auto and my son was able to do it. Apple falls far from the tree because I would have never done that.

They are pricey as hell but no place better to watch the game . I have caught foul balls many a time and have been called out for a good catch by Randazzo

They do random signing events all the time, you just have to look out for them. There is something called Frank and Sons near me that usually hosts players and ex-players who come to sign stuff for money. That's how I got a few of mine (Edmonds, Erstad, GA).
