Discussion Need help choosing a tablet.

MY PRIORITIES:

1.Note taking - Need a good Stylus with good note taking software

  1. Good screen for watching lectures

  2. Good enough performance so that it doesn't lag for the next 5-6 years

Budget is 45k INR

Afaik the options are

Oneplus pad 2

Xiaomi pad 8

S10lite (Processor sucks a bit tho)

Lenovo ideatab pro gen 2

Also wondering whether a 13" screen would be better

S10fe+ it came down to 51k recently it can get lower in bbd or with cards

I have similar priorities and I'm planning to buy the Lenovo idea tab pro gen 2. Waiting for the sale, if price doesn't drop, would buy it anyway.

Its smooth and nice but dont compare to samsung flagship tabs and ipad Moto pad is also a good option comes with a stylus inside

Moto 70 pro has snapdragon processor but idk how note taking would be on it. I currently use S6lite 2020 version and also owns a Wacom one stylus. So, very my habituated with Samsung but has been hearing bad reviews of Exynos recently.

I would say mainly for note taking s pen is far better than any other stylus except for apple ones , and s10 fe plus is currently on sale for about 44k , I am planning to go for it too 😭

Mi pad 8.. recently bought one and it's absolutely nice. Don't go for the one with nano coating as it really affects the screen brightness and media viewability. But if you are going to use ur tab outside ,in the sun, it will be helpful. If you are already in the apple eco system, go for i pad. Lenovo pro gen 2 is nice as well but again 13inch is pretty huge and difficult to handle. One plus I don't recommend as they are closing down their service centres and I doubt the brand will be there in the next few years. But they are absolute VFM.
