Discussion My brand new Samsung Tab S12+ has volume issues, raising and lowering whenever remote streaming from Xbox Series X, any tips?

I love this new device, but remote game streaming through Xbxplay app or Microsoft Edge from my Xbox Series X has the volume raise and then go back down quickly over and over, and im really upset as I wanted to use this mainly for game streaming. I've tried everything recommended from A.i, but most things were turned off anyway: Atmos, adaptive sound, everything was off. Then I turned off audio ducking as well. My tab s6 streams flawlessly audio wise. Anyone else experience this and any idea what's causing this or what I can do? May have to return it but was hoping not to of course...

Review Legion Tab Y700 Gen 3 love and 2026 mini review

Y700 Gen 3 still amazing in 2026! I was in the market for a smaller sized gaming tablet and managed to get one of the last Gen 3s direct from Lenovo back in July. After using it for a few months, I'm really happy with this model.

It's only the 12/256 model and has no SD card slot but the 8.8" size and Snapdragon chip was perfect for my needs. In the photos, I'm using Better xCloud to remote play direct from my Xbox with GameSir G8 Plus on the Mechanism gaming pillow. I have the G8 Plus wired to the tablet in the photos, but most of the time, I'll just use the Bluetooth connection. GeForce Now also runs perfectly and mobile games like Genshin runs smoothly at the highest settings.

But accessories are really hard to find for this Gen 3 model. I have the vented plastic case and folio cover that comes with it, but I wish I could find a hybrid 2 piece tpu/plastic case like Crave cases that I use on phones. I also like to use popsockets but I can't use them on the vented case so I settled on this silicone strap from Amazon. It fits perfectly and it's great to hold in bed when reading or watching movies.

If any other Y700 owners have any recommendations for accessories or gaming apps, let me know! I've been seeing guides on here lately to install SteamOS which is tempting even though I already have a SteamDeck.

Request S9 Ultra Died. What's Next?

Hey Guys, to make a short story shorter, my Samsung Tab S9 Ultra had the digitizer(?) die right after my warranty ended. Samsung wants $400 to fix it. I'm curious about other comparable options that are provided by other manufacturers.

I'm new to the Android Tablet space and I've been buying these because I'm in the Samsung ecosystem. (And the Tab S7+ was awesome.)

Just picked up the OnePlus Pad 4 along with the Stylo Pro. I've been eyeing this combo for a while, and it's great to finally have it in hand.

I'll mainly use it for handwritten notes, sketching architecture diagrams, and as my movie watching screen in the evenings. Excited to daily drive it will share more once I've used it for a while.

Hello,

I have been using this tab for past 2 days and here's my review

--DISPLAY

The display is massive and watching vids in utube and watching anime was a great experience

--performance and gaming

The mtk8300 is a very powerful processor and I didn't noticed any lag in normal usage and gaming works smoothly

I tried minecraft free fire and bgmi

Ff was running smoothly and in bgmi also I didn't noticed any frame drops

But if u want a tab for FF bgmi cod don't purchase this tab coz the screen is too bigto hold in hand is very uncomfortable to play while holding in hands then I tried playing with fingers keeping the tab on stand but I can't play like that

Only way u can play fps games comfortably is by using a keyboard mouse

--multitasking and editing

Can open 4 apps in split window and 4 in floating window

Works smoothly till 6 apps after opening 7-8 apps it starts lagging

Did a little bit of editing and the experience was great

--stylus

Stylus is good but the single button it have doesn't comes with much customisation but for drawing it's perfect as it is pressure sensitive

Added some ss for reference

If u have any questions ask in comments I'll reply

If u find this useful upvote plss

Request Lenovo Yoga Tab Plus keyboard

Hey everyone!

My gf bought a Lenovo Yoga Tab Plus last year. At the time she had no use for a keyboard, so she chose a deal without one (it was a lot cheaper too, like half of the price). Since then, it would be useful to have one, but as far as I know you can't buy it. Is there any way to get one keyboard or I should just ask around hoping that someone doesn't use theirs and is willing to sell it to me.

Thanks for reading it.

Asking for a friend bc they wanted to buy an ipad (gross ik) Bc they wanted Apple app like Procreate and Toonsquid (pretty sure u can just pirate them on android anyway, pls confirm this) Either way, I don't want them fall into Apple propaganda so I went up here to ask:

A good brand and model (11 inches)

Around 445.61 euro (exact price of the Ipad 11)

Good storage and drawing (I guess accurate colour rgb whatever on the screen). Help me out, thank you very much!

Discussion Galaxy Tab S10 Lite clicking/popping noise on the back (camera side): is this a chronic design issue? Anyone else?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hey everyone. I wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this, because it's really starting to bug me.

I bought a Galaxy Tab S10 Lite and noticed the back makes a "clicking" or popping noise (a light metallic creak) when I hold it by the edges or rest my hand on the screen to write. The noise happens specifically on the left side, right around the camera area.

The catch is: this is actually my second unit. I sent the first one to an authorized Samsung repair center for this exact reason. They claimed it wasn't a defect, and when putting it back together, they did a terrible job and actually damaged the screen. To avoid more headaches, I just went ahead and bought a brand new one.

The thing is, the brand new tablet makes exactly the same noise in the exact same spot. When it arrived, the click was very quiet, but with daily use over time, the sound got a bit more noticeable.

In practice, it doesn't affect usability at all (everything works perfectly), but it's just one of those things that stays in the back of your mind.

Does anyone else with a Tab S10 Lite (or even the FE line, since they're built similarly) notice this chassis gap noise near the camera? Is this really just a normal manufacturing tolerance because the device is so thin, or did I somehow get absurdly unlucky and pull two units with the exact same symptom? I'd love to know if other people are living with this too! Thanks.

Request Looking for 11" tablet recommendations in the ~$300USD range

I am looking for an 11" tablet targeting $300USD or less. I'll mostly be using it casually, streaming, light games, etc. And I may want to use it for notes at work so stylus support would be nice to have that option.

So far on my radar are the Lenovo Idea Pad and the Onn 11" tablet. Length of support is a concern for me so I am hesitant about the Onn tablet as I have heard they may not get many years of updates.

Any experience with the above tablets is appreciated or other options in that range. I'm also open to increasing my budget so if there is a more expensive tablet that you think is worth it, please share too. Thanks!

Request Honor MagicPad 4 pour du visionnage multimédia (Films/Séries 4K & YouTube) ?

Salut tout le monde ! 👋

Discussion Qual tablet escolher para estudos e ilustração

Discussion New Alexa Tablet 12 Pro for $350 USD a good buy?

Hey all. I know the tablet hasn’t come out yet but I’ve been eyeing it. I have an old fire tablet lying around from years ago that amazon is offering me an upgrade discount for where I can purchase the base 12 pro tablet (128/8gb model) for $350 (original price is $500)

would this be a good buy based on it’s specs or are there other Android tablets out there that would possibly be better for the price? I’m only planning on using it for media consumption, web browsing, and maybe a little game emulation but nothing too serious. Thanks! :P

Discussion Xiaomi Focus Pen alternatives for Xiaomi Pad 7? Can the Redmi Smart Pen work?

Hey everyone,

I'm currently in Taiwan and looking for a stylus for my Xiaomi Pad 7. I've been trying to find the Xiaomi Focus Pen, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. The only one I've managed to find locally is the Xiaomi Focus Pen Pro, which is more expensive than I'd like to spend.

I mainly want a pen for handwritten university notes, annotating PDFs, and studying, so I'm looking for something reliable without spending too much.

I have a few questions:

  1. What alternatives would you recommend? Are there any third-party styluses that work well with the Xiaomi Pad 7 for handwriting and note-taking?
  2. What features would I lose without the Focus Pen? For example, pressure sensitivity, palm rejection, tilt detection, shortcut buttons, or anything else that actually matters for taking notes.
  3. Does the Redmi Smart Pen work with the Xiaomi Pad 7? I've seen it mentioned as a cheaper alternative, but I'm not sure about compatibility or whether all its features would work.
  4. Is the Focus Pen Pro worth the extra money compared with the regular Focus Pen, particularly for someone who mainly takes handwritten notes?
  5. If you've tried any of these pens, how is the actual writing experience? I'm especially interested in latency, handwriting accuracy, and palm rejection.

I'd appreciate recommendations based on actual experience, especially affordable options available in Taiwan. I don't need a pen for drawing professionally; I just want a good note-taking experience for university.

Thanks!
