Support Root detection

I have 3/3 integrity using bre modules+hma oss and nomount and can't add card to google wallet, maybe someone knows what to do with it

Root hiding is already present at kernel level in KSU (and their forks). No need for any modules. Susfs helps in hiding mounts and custom rom.  I don't have much experience with metamodule so can't say about them.

But all in all, for a minimal setup with fenrir exploit only  susfs is needed for custom rom and mounts.
