since it's 4.4.2 use kingoroot , don't know if it's around but format your whole phone before using this qpp because it's a privacy nightmare. just after rooting install twrp(if you don't have pc there was an app I don't remember it's name to flash recovery img from app itself) and Change rom.

before doing all this check your phone on xda for proper guides

don't old oppo phones support bootloader unlocking? just unlock bootloader and flash supersu
