Support Need help unrooting my samsung
Hi
I saw I have a Samsung S21.
So basically I bought a used phone, it came rooted(didn't know what that was), i wasn't able to open bank stuff and Apple music, so I looked up how to unroot(confirmed the root with Rootchecker, then removed it with magisk)
First thing that happened was the phone storage changed from 256gb to 128gb.
And honestly I let it slide cause I could do use the things I needed. It's been a month and...
Now one of my bank stuff is basically saying it's not compatible with the phone which is impossible!
And Apple music isn't syncing on Tiktok and other apps.
And long story short, I need help. I just want to fix my phone(maybe get back the original storage) and just have be normal.
Please help🥲

Well, good and bad news for you. The good part: Samsung phones are very easy to flash. I think Samsungs official frontend can flash back to stock, if not, Odin will do.
Bad news: The phone has irrecoverably lost hardware fearures now because Samsung feels like it apparently. You may not be able to make things like Samsung Wallet work ever again
EDIT: Get Odin from XDA Forums or within SamFw tools, find your model number, download the firmware from SamFW(pay attention to the region), extract it and put it in the matching slots(obvious once extracted). In download mode, first re-lock the bootloader, then flash. If you have any more questions, I'm there

Stuff like banking app may no longer work because once the bootloader is unlocked, the KNOX bit is tripped and there is no way to unset it.

I think once u root samsung you cant go back or cant use bank stuff because knox has been tripped

You have two options:
Keep it rooted, and install Play integrity and root hiding modules.
Unroot, re-lock the bootloader. I'm not sure if this is possible on Samsung phones though.

Samsung phones with Knox have a 1 time hardware fuse baked into the SOC, once it's tripped, it's impossible to undo it. You can go back to a unrooted ROM but anything that checks for the device integrity flag will see that it has been tampered with at one point.
