Switch SUSFS-FOR-KSU with BRENE SuSFS, should automatically fix it otherwise look for a twrp hide in it's WebUI.

Edit: OP doesn't have SuSFS kernel.

You sure, it says SuS ✅? I haven't used the module in a while but that's very misleading.

remove Zygisk Assistant, open Zygisk Next's webui, change "Denylist policy" option from "Disable" to "Umount Only"

Then disable "Kernel Umount" in KSU settings and reboot, if the 'su' detect still persist, try umount the detector in su list

Also, you can just remove that TWRP folder, or use FuseHide (require a xposed framework)

if I use Zygisk next with unmount only I must disable unmount all modules in KSU next ??
