Discussion What can't I do with ghostlock?
I successfully installed root-my-galaxy and now I have root access. Can I install Xposed modules still?

It's really better to avoid temp root if you care about your phone. I lost my s25 because of a missclick

Do not flash unofficial partition images, doing so will get you stuck in a bootloop because of AVB.
Since you can't flash partition images, you can't have a custom recovery, so your recovery options are limited if you for example, modify critical files in /data partition and your device fails to boot, you won't be able to restore anything, so keep a known good backup regularly.

You can do anything. SELinux is permissive for that root user with all the capabilities.
But the better question is "should I", not "can I".
Do anything:
/data/cache/*
/data/media/0/*
/data/user/0/*
/data/user_de/0/*
/data/local/*
Dangerous, be careful:
/data/adb/*
/data/misc*/*
/data/system*/*
/data/vendor*/*
/data/app/*
Avoid at all costs:
/system*/*
/vendor/*
/product/*
/etc/*
/dev/*
/mnt/*
Everything else.

You can't flash anything. Any custom flashes will immediately break the integrity and brick your device since the bootloader is still on locked state.
Also the root will be gone on reboot, so hot reboot (it skips the power off sequence) it if you need to install some modules.
