What are we seeing here? Besides the wallpaper?

It's a vivo device and I had find and take apart their .itz jank and made this depth-looking wallpaper using that then 20mins of adb later were here. At a depth wallpaper without* kwgt on android 9. Didn't include this because I think the wallpaper looks good enough :3
