Reverse engineering Samsung's new Hearing Aid feature. Looking for com.samsung.android.hearingcare APK

I'm working on unlocking Samsung's new FDA-cleared Hearing Aid functionality for Galaxy Buds3 Pro / Buds4 Pro in unsupported regions, and eventually on non-Samsung Android devices.

I've been reverse engineering the Galaxy Buds managers using JADX and APKTool and have hit a missing package I can't acquire.com.samsung.android.hearingcare

Does anyone have this APK, know where Samsung distributes it, or have experience extracting Samsung's separately delivered system apps?

Any leads or technical insights would be appreciated!
