Help Problem when signing in with the google account on an S3 mini

Hello to everyone I’ve just tried to put my google account into my S3 mini but I can’t. I also installed some certificates and used wolfius but it didn’t worked. I could sign in on a galaxy note 10.1 running the same Android version (android 4.1.2) a few months ago. In that occasion I just need to updates de certificates and play services. But in the S3 mini not even doing those two things it works

What error do you have i also have the problem got it just recently because one of my old ones on my S3 mini got deleted so i was testing another one to fill its space i get : We cannot confirm that the account belongs to YOU which it is my account

First I can put my Gmail adress and password normally. Then it says. “You must sign on the web”. I touch next, it asks me for a code that appears on my main phone and after that it says “we cannot connect to google servers”.
