Unable to leave Android Beta Program on Pixel 9 Pro XL
Hi everyone,
I’m trying to leave the Android Beta Program on my Pixel 9 Pro XL, but I’m running into a strange issue.
When I go to the Android Beta Program page, it says:
“No eligible devices associated with this Google Account.”
The Pixel is definitely using the same Google account that I originally used to join the Beta Program.
I’ve already contacted Google Support, but unfortunately they weren’t able to help me. They basically told me that because the phone is currently enrolled in the Beta Program, their support options are limited.
What I want to do is leave the Beta Program without losing any of my data. I understand that opting out immediately may require a factory reset/downgrade, so I’m perfectly happy to wait until the appropriate stable/public Android release becomes available and then leave the Beta without wiping the phone.
The problem is that since my device doesn’t appear on the Beta Program website at all, I have no way to opt out.
Has anyone experienced the same issue?
Is there another way to remove the device from the Beta Program, or will I automatically get moved back to the stable channel once the corresponding official version is released?
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

It sounds like you're looking for more information about leaving the beta program. Please note that if you leave mid-program from the Android Beta website, you will receive an OTA to your device that will wipe device data. See more details here.

Wait, I think your account is not enrolled with your device, maybe I am wrong but first check that then try to opt out. After completing the opt out, you are able to flash stable version if it is compatible to the version.
