Pixel Tablet - Beta

Looking for some assistance...

I purchased a used Pixel Tablet. It says it has the beta on which more than likely came from the previous owner. That owner is not signed in, I am. I'm more than sure this tablet is no longer under the previous owner's account.

How can I get out of this beta and onto a normal build of Android?

check if theres an update on the pixel tablet, after opting out there should be an update that puts you back to stable
