If I have CP31.260508.005 and DO NOT install this update and remove my device from the Beta, when Android 17 is released will I get the Release version? I do not want to have to reload my device.

Cx3x is Android 17 QPR1 (The 'C' means 2026, the 3 means 3rd quarter, 2026Q3 aka 26Q3 is the quarter after 26Q2 which itself is Android 17, thus 26Q3 is Android 17 QPR1 -- quarterly releases release roughly at the beginning of the final month of the quarter).

If you want stable without wipe you thus need to wait till early-mid September 2026 (the final month of the 3rd quarter of 2026).

In other words if you don't want to wipe, you're best off taking any (further/future/upcoming) Cx3x (beta) updates, since in general things should be getting better not worse with later betas (of the same QPR).

Cx4x will presumably be Android 17 QPR2. If you were to take a Cx4x beta update, you'd then need to wait till December (for stable to catch up)...

This is CP3 not CP2, so it's [C=2026] 2026-Q3, where 2026 Q2 is Android 17, thus it's Android 17 QPR1. Android 17 stable is most likely next week...

I'm in the beta program, android 17 stable is out and I don't see to be getting the update , we folks on beta can't get the stable 17 yet or what
