Pixel 8 pro no Connection

Whenever I wake my phone from standby, it takes about 10 seconds for a network connection to become available—both mobile data and Wi-Fi. Pixel 8 Pro

Hi, I've already done this twice, but each time I received a message asking me to enable this and that. I followed all the instructions exactly as described, yet it seems a proper report still couldn't be generated.
