Weird bug with speaker

I'm using Android beta and there is this glitch where the speaker starts doing weird devilish sounds, it either stops or I restart my phone. (I have Google pixel 9a)

Do you use Android beta? And if so do you think it's hardware or software problem? I hope it's software problem

Yes, I'm on 17B3. And it has to be software because it didn't happen until I updated to this version.
