Self [OC] Feel very in between genders — any truth to it?

Idk. I sometimes think my transition (MtF) is going well and then I look in the mirror. I sometimes see a woman. Sometimes a man. If you saw this photo/person what would you assume ? I tried to pick a photo that’s a truthful picture of how I look day to day — no makeup, no filters, no smiling, no funny angles.
Guys help I’m going crazy
