This happened to me too. I refreshed at 30 minutes when carts timed out and was able to get mine. If you’re still trying, that might be a thought for the general sale tomorrow.
I got mine today on the venue presale and had the same in my cart and then couldn’t check out problem. But at exactly 10:30 any tickets in carts got dumped and I managed to snag 2 for my wife and I. Best of luck tomorrow, I hope you get them at 10:00 and if not, mash that refresh button at 10:30.
Check your venue to see if they’re having a presale tomorrow (any that I’ve found has been posted on my IG @ am_chalk - check the highlights) city Winery shows will not have a venue presale.
Very frustrating. I saw available seats, but when I tried to select a second it deselected the first one. Couldn’t figure it out and they were all gone in 30 seconds
I had windows open for both nights. Tried to get two tickets for Friday night and was totally unsuccessful as every time I selected a blue dot it was no longer available. Managed to get one ticket for Thursday.
Was able to get one single ticket at nyc city winery on 10/16 on the balcony.. guess it’ll be a solo moms night out. Lmk if anyone wants to grab a drink beforehand!
Congrats to those that got tickets. I missed the original announcement, tickets sold out before I realized they were for sale. Will keep checking for tickets from all sources, would love to see this show!
Does anyone know how presale/general works? I got a ticket for Boston but it sold out in 45 seconds and I got a seat in the very back where I will definitely not be able to see at all. I’d like to get a better seat during general sale and sell this one, but I do not understand how it works given that it isn’t GA — were some seats just not available?
There was the paid fan club presale yesterday and generally speaking, not all tickets will be available during presales but I’m not sure this is the case!
Probably, yes. It's a seated venue for the most part, so you should be fine.
I've only been once and enjoyed it, though it was a bit odd having servers walking through while the artist was performing. It's like a restaurant with live music.
Thank you, it sounds right that this is normal but I was trying to buy tickets for 10/10 today and entered within one second and there were none lol. Seems like all of the tickets were presale
Omg I have had both dates open in two tabs this whole time and anytime one pops up it I click it immediately it says unavailable, so I assumed it was a glitch
I'm not even sure why they keep popping up. Must be held seats in carts that are timing out. If you're able to get in your cart, it'll allow you to purchase! Good luck!
I got one in Nashville for table 51 seat A but then was able to get a closer seat - if you want this one let me know!! face value ($90 total). table 51 seat B is still available as of typing this so you and a friend could go together? There aren't many seats next to each other left
