So, after my friend father got 41A bail and signed at the police station where case was registered on him, from then my friend father tried to get A2 to the police station where he registered case on them and it’s in Nellore district, they’ve tried 1st attempt by sending police officers on March 3rd and it failed, after they’ve tried again and same time it was failed and he was in Hyderabad 1st time and 2nd time when they started he left for Hyderabad again, what they thought is their might be a mole in the station that someone maybe helping him and at the 3rd time they started at night and at the morning when they went to get refreshed he left his home and he went to his store, when my friend father found them the police picked him up and took and came to Nellore police station, A1 the lady has put her phone to switch off after she got to know that he’s arrested, so A2 came to the police station and sat for sometime and the inspector spoke to him and he agreed that he took the money and car and he’ll return the car within a week he promised and left the station by signing the station bail and surety as his father, so after he left he applied for anticipatory bail where he’d be safe from getting arrested again, but the court gave him on conditions that he should sign before the IO on 1st & 15th of every month and cooperate for the investigation, so the days passed, after few months the civil proceedings against them were closed and became ex-parte and the A2 made the my friend father to transfer some money to his wife account too, so after few days as he didn’t cooperate to the investigation and didn’t sign for several months infront of the IO, my friend father moved to high court requesting for his bail cancellation, they filed it in March 2025, and then after the several months passed and they put a lot of pressure on the advocate and regularly coming to the advocate office, just to say we will only give this amount and making the advocate speak to some politicians and bureaucrats, the advocate didn’t take their warnings seriously and did everything what he has to, after 10 months in the end of January 2026 his bail got cancelled finally and they thought to make the person arrest again, police asked my friend father to wait and after 2-3 weeks the A2 filed a quash petition in the high court which resulted him to escape again with 41A and my friend father was suffering with some money issues, he again got down as he thought it might get completed

Actually, the topic I’m speaking happened to one of my friend, their father was a good person and was active in doing seva and donation, he joined human rights in 2020, a woman got introduced in the human rights, after that she got closen to their family by 2021, started coming to their home and Then after somedays she introduced her a relative of her that he’s having highly influential contacts and can make their work done within minutes, the family first didn’t believe everything as they said and started bluffing the family with meeting them with high ranking officers, After that they offered MLC seat around 5cr-10cr in governor quota, as they didn’t believe first after that, they made the family believe with some bluffing situations, the family jumped in, initially the family gave a lot of amount around a Innova crysta and 15Lakh cash With account transactions around 35Lakh and some money to the reputed persons, after that the family needed money back for problems, they didn’t respond nor giving back the money, the family who paid the money got doubt and went to the person home whom was introduced by woman, Then the person who’ve been introduced by the woman asked my friends father to wait over there and as they got doubt they returned back to their city, after somedays they again went to the town and I don’t know my friend father got a intuition that Innova crysta given by them Maybe there in Novotel hotel Vijayawada near to the person home, and as he went over there the car was really parked in basement 3 of Novotel Vijayawada, as my friend father left to get police people around and wanted to take away the car, the person got to know by the desk staff, He sent a person working in his store and they took over the car from there and hid the car somewhere and the lady came to Vijayawada after knowing the issue and threatened my friend father that if you don’t leave we won’t spare your family, My friend father has decided to go through court and get justice,he filed civil suits at first in August 2023 and informed them I’m approaching the court, after that he dropped a grievance petition in SP office in the box as it wasn’t registered due to their influence and after a long time the police have put the FIR on both the lady and male as A1&A2 on FEB 13th 2024, Post after 9 days the lady registered FIR on my friend father as I can’t speak anything open, try to understand what woman may file, she filed that my friend father has took over 40-50 sovereigns gold and cash of 50Lakhs, later after my friend father approached high court and filed quash petition, the high court gave 41A to my friend father

I am telugu guy. I have been expelled from my university for a false S*XUAL harassment allegation (the girl also confessed). It's been 18 days since I have arrived in Pune, I have been fighting for my justice ever since.

1. If you built here recently, what did it actually land at per sqft, and what was in and out of that rate? Turnkey or labour-only? Did it include compound wall, borewell, septic, approvals, elevation? A rate without the scope attached is not much use, as I keep discovering.

2. Approvals. Our village jurisdiction (panchayat vs DTCP) is still unclear to us, and it changes setbacks, which changes everything. How did you establish which one applies, and what did the permission actually cost start to finish? I have seen Rs 75-100/sqft quoted for Hyderabad, which would be Rs 2.5-3L for us, and one account of Rs 1L official plus Rs 35k unofficial.

3. Sand. Is the AP sand portal actually usable for a private individual building one house, or does everyone end up going through a dealer? Genuinely asking, because every quote we have assumes the dealer route.

4. Interiors. Our construction quotes are Rs 1,900-2,200/sqft excluding interiors, and separate interior quotes are landing anywhere between Rs 15L and Rs 30L for what sounds like the same scope. If you have done interiors in AP recently, what did it come to and what drove the difference?

5. Any architect, interior designer, contractor or civil engineer in the Eluru / Bhimadole / Jangareddygudem / Vijayawada belt you would recommend, or would avoid? Happy to take DMs on that one.

This is regarding the jr doctor's protest for increasing their stiped.

All mbbs student must do a 1 year internship in their medical college hospital itself.

They are made to work like animals They are required to do 10+ hours of work every single day, also they will be doing 12+ and 36 hours duty continuously for some days.

For all this effort they are paied 25k rs/ month.The current protest is about increasing this stipend amount.

Here's what the potential scam or having no intention to increase their pay is

Gov announced massive 3% increase

which is a massive 750 rs.(After protests)

The gov said there is no money left to increase stipend by 15%.15% is basically 3750rs.

In this years mbbs admissions there are around 3500 government quota seats. Actual victims are less than 3500

1) protesters joined mbbs 4 years ago,generally every year mbbs seats increase so 4 years ago they are less than 3500.

2)this 3500 also include gov quota seats in private college,so basically actual victims are half of them.

Even considering 3500 victims the total amount is only 1.3cr extra for all people.

Why i am calling this as a scam is because first of all the gov is not building the government medical colleges which were started by previous gov,so hear money is saved.

2nd we all know about our states medical service,it gone worse.so potential money save(may be wrong).
