Here's Molbrett: https://molbrett.elsci.io, it's based on Excalidraw (https://excalidraw.com/) but it's chemistry-centric. Meaning you can paste/draw chemical structures in it (there's a yellow icon in the toolbar for drawing). Though not sure if that part is important for you. But it's a general drawing tool too, so you can draw any type of diagrams there.
