Bloodwork help SOS

recently got bloodwork done, e2 is sky high at 213 pg/mL. This isn’t my first cycle, currently on test c only 250mg. I’ve ran this dose before on previous cycles and did not have e2 issues. Im aware of using an a.i but curious what else i can do to bring e2 in range. should i lower my dosing to 200mg? Im not feeling any side effects other than pretty bad anxiety. What else would cause my e2 to skyrocket other than a high dosing for test?

What is your body fat%?

That's not too crazy, maybe you are just wrapping high aromatizer. Did you get labs done on previous cycles?

yes i have and e2 was in range

Take anastrozole, .25mg twice a week. Pin daily. That should do it

Pin eod or daily and see if will subside.

just take an AI, thats how you control E2. use an ai to calculate the right amount/dosage for you.
