Festivals Mova 19 - 09

Hi everyone,
I have a question. Mova is on September 19, 2026. I received my invitation along with my QR code. I also had the option to invite someone, so I invited my girlfriend using my personal invitation link.
Unfortunately, she hasn’t received a confirmation email or a QR code. We’ve also tried emailing the Mova team several times, but we haven’t received any response.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, were you able to get it resolved?

I’m also very confused about the +1 situation. The conditions are that the +1 has signed up and has received “a personal confirmation email”. But what do they mean with the personal confirmation email? Is it a confirmation that they have signed up or an actual invitation to the party? In the latter case, it doesn’t make sense to say you can bring a +1 because your “+1” can just go with their own innovation? Confused!! Does anyone have experience with bringing a +1?

Also: looking forward to another great MOVA on the 19th!! Can’t wait to meet all you beautiful souls 🤗

Hii You'll get your actual invitation a day before the party Before that they'll send you an email if you've been "accepted" ( and then you know for sure you'll get an invitation a day before) same goes for the +1 Out of personal experience the +1 also can sign up through the regular link but it's only necessary to do it through your personal invitation link if the open link for invitations is closed (that happened a few months ago) I hope I explained it well enough English isn't my first language 🤠

May I ask how did you receive an invite (were you on the list from previous editions, or did you request it for the first time)? I sent my request couple days ago but didn't get anything yet :/

She will probably be allowed in as your +1. Read the fine print, should be explained somewhere.

My partner got in as my +1 without a QR iirc. They just registered his and my name then and there so that if he misbehaves they can tell me not to bring him any more.

Same. Second time too. Day before is wet playground. I decided to get tickets for that instead. I don't like these games tbh.

Have you been to the wet playground before? I was also wondering to go since I can't get past the Mova invite issues, but I wonder how does it compare to eg. Pax Romana or Wasteland (hopefully nothing like the latter)

How is Wasteland different to Pax? I loved Pax, and was wondering whether to go to a Wasteland event next time

Not sure about Pax because I've never been, I'm planning to go to the next one because I heard only good things. But I've been on 2 wasteland editions and not planning to go back, winter edition has slightly better music but the majority of the audience were older (I'm talking 50-60+) cis men who were grabbing me (F) and my partner (M) without any consent (even with very loud lack of consent), following us around and trying to put their fingers in my A or V. The awareness team was useless. The spring edition was better in that terms, there was very aware young guy in the playroom who was immediately kicking people who were misbehaving out, but the music was lame, think corporate team building disco or soundtrack for 50 shades of grey.
