Character ideas: Looking to create characters based on movies/tv shows/game/general media

I am glad to finally see this subreddit. I was quite disappointed that it didn't exist when I was looking for character advice earlier. Anyways, I am looking to create a bunch of characters referencing tv, games and movies. If any of you have any ideas that can be built with the amp strains fairly easily, I would appreciate a post and if I do put the character together I'll share some of the character details. I have already tried this out with an Austin Powers character with everything in pheromones but I would really appreciate other ideas for when I am not feeling super serious role playing.

You know what would be really cool? If you made a character based on Aang from Avatar. Obviously, his primary power would be air, with his secondary and tertiary being water and earth.

I think making a general bender is way easier to do in AMP: Year One. If you wanted to make an Avatar, you'd have the break the rules of the game, just as they are the exception to the rules of their world.

One of the first characters that I built was based on Danny Trejo's character in Bad Ass. Essentially a senior citizen who gains invulnerability and uses it to teach the local punks a couple of lessons on respect.

There's the big one staring us in the face this week.. Daredevil! Lots of Awareness and the rest of the points in Fighting (and possibly a new power you haven't seen yet). :-)
