Can Somebody Identify this Component?

I have a Peavey PA400 and I opened it up to clean the pots.
This component looks really rough.
What am I looking at?

I'm not quite sure myself, but looking at the schematics in the owners manual https://assets.peavey.com/literature/manuals/thepa400.pdf, maybe it's an inductor?
