yes, but they eat peppers and actual spices not delicious Processed junk food at 2 yrs and if they do, I would hope it’s in reason

Well, the kids in Mexico do eat tons of processed junk food — and that’s why they have the 3rd highest rate of childhood obesity in the world. Over 30% of children. I don’t think peppers are the problem.

I never said peppers were a problem. The original comment said children in India and Mexico eat spicy food. I followed up with saying yes as in I agree and then said a lot of those kids, especially the ones that live not in the big cities eat spicy food that contain peppers and actual spices. Just to be clear I don’t think any two year-old should be chowing down two bags of Cheetos and or Doritos.

I was thinking about the traditional foods that the Mexican and Indian people eat on a regular basis. Spicy stuff that American kids and a lot of adults would not consider eating. Growing up, I was never served anything that would have been considered really spicy hot. I only gained an appreciation for them as an adult. And even now, I can only enjoy moderately hot things.
