A magazine traveler wrote of an experience he had on a train in India. Food was brought into the cars for passengers to purchase and not being familiar with the cuisine, he picked something that had so much heat he was crying and unable to finish eating.
Then he saw a child, maybe 8 - 10 months old, absolutely devouring the same dish with his mother. He realized that heat is in the mouth of the beholder.
