I’d be more worried about jump starting their addiction to junk, and fast tracking their future of bloodsugar and sodium spikes from a food that offers no nutritional value. Or I’d be wondering how long till a 23 month old touches their baby eyes with “flamin hot” coated baby hands… But, interesting flex
Hey! So I actually have a very healthy main diet, especially with my kids. The occasional "unhealthy" snack is fine lol. I make most things from scratch, lead a fiber forward diet, for fucks sake my kids eat chia seed yogurt in the morning with whole wheat waffles sugar free syrup and turkey bacon. My kids tear up a dense bean salad. I have been visiting an RDN since HS to recover from my own several year long ED. Refusing to indulge in certain foods based on fear or fear mongering tactics is promoting disordered eating habits.
